In the case of England, and I believe several other European nations, the men don’t get paid to play international football. The money that would be salary gets donated to charity. Footballers get paid by their clubs not their national football associations. Club football is a for profit business. International football is played for pride not profit. Literally nothing is stopping a woman taking over a women’s football team and paying all the players £500,000 a week. Of course it would only last a matter of minutes before they went bankrupt. Women’s football teams average about 800-1200 attendances per game. That’s not enough ticket sales to cover the cost of running the stadium for a day, let alone paying the players. All the money comes from subsidies from the men’s teams. Women players shouldn’t really be paid at all.

They rarely take shots from free kicks outside the box Cos they can’t kick it hard enough. They can barely get it out of the box on goal kicks. They shy away from headers. The pace is slow. There’s so many mistakes. Goalkeepers can’t cover the goal. They really should play on a 3/4 size pitch with a 3/4 size goal.
