This was a good post - thanks man. Not sure if u saw my pic but if u click my u/ u can find it.

I wanna tell y'all everything but this is basically it. Women just in general react very bad to my appearance, which in turn means I act prolly a little shy around them.
/r/seduction31/12/15 05:33 AM

Ya I've tried the whole smile at most people thing. Usually it's not reciprocated, especially by women, and they usually just give me a dirty look or a puzzled look. It's like no matter what I do, or am SUPPOSED to do, women are just not attracted to me. I wonder if it would be different if I was some white dude.
/r/seduction30/12/15 05:37 AM
1

thanks dude much appreciated!
/r/seduction30/12/15 01:20 AM

Ya this is all great advice dude. Been trying to grow stubble the past couple months, but it usually ends up with only some sideburns and doesn't go the full length (fucking genetics). Do you have any tips for maximizing growth? Also the eyebrow thing is a real good idea.
/r/seduction29/12/15 11:16 PM
1

thanks I appreciate that - but it sure isn't really helping
/r/seduction29/12/15 10:25 PM

Ya I gotta get over my rejection fear.
/r/seduction29/12/15 10:21 PM
1

Honestly, the biggest thing holding me back from going up to women and talking to them is the feeling that past experiences prove that the majority of them find me visually unappealing.
/r/seduction29/12/15 10:13 PM
1

lol ya i know. Just irl it don't mean shit with me when I'm invisible to them even at this height.
/r/seduction29/12/15 10:09 PM
2

lol thanks man and that's what I've bene trying to do - figure out what the primary thing is that turns women off from me. Just got some work to do.
/r/seduction29/12/15 09:25 PM
1

I try to hold me head as high as I can, though am sometimes self-conscious about the whole height thing. Try to make good eye contact too - I just end up feeling very embarassed when they end up not liking me for nothing.
/r/seduction29/12/15 09:11 PM

Ya I'm under no illusions that in certain places, especially a whitebread place like my uni, I'm like the opposite of what girls find attractive.
/r/seduction29/12/15 08:51 PM
-1

If anything these days I almost wish I were a bit shorter in all honesty.
/r/seduction29/12/15 08:50 PM
1

Ya I'm sorry- it's just I tend to automatically blame it on my appearance because I'm not quite sure what else it could be that makes them hate me so much at first glance. My height don't mean jackshit.
/r/seduction29/12/15 08:50 PM
1

ya this is good advice. There's clearly something in my social skills that is lacking - I chalk it up to being in an all boys school for 9 years (in a co-ed uni now) and I think it really fucked me up.
/r/seduction29/12/15 08:33 PM
1

several people from amiugly and another forum have said I have a weird face.
/r/seduction29/12/15 08:21 PM
1

like seriously, women go out of their way to not sit beside me in class, I've been ignored just trying to talk to ones I've MET before; how could I just go up to a stranger and interact with them?
/r/seduction29/12/15 07:57 PM
1

easier said than done. Maybe I'm a little meek/shy when it comes to women I find attractive, but overall it's more just because they throw signs they find me unattractive out before I can even approach or anything like that.
/r/seduction29/12/15 07:50 PM
1

lol glad u like it. I just don't really like the way my hair grows but whatevs.
/r/seduction29/12/15 07:48 PM
1

I don't really approach much because of some bad experiences involving women (getting shot down hard, getting dirty looks, second dates then her not responding, shit like that)
/r/seduction29/12/15 07:45 PM
1

Ya see, I've met faaaar geekier guys with decent, pretty gfs. I think you can pull that shit off when you're white....
/r/seduction29/12/15 07:42 PM
1

naw not really a lot of friends in general. The few I have I am pretty tight with. People just generally don't like me for whatever reason. I have a lot of interests in terms of movies, music, and make music as a hobby, but people just don't have a lot of respect with me.
/r/seduction29/12/15 07:40 PM
1

haha not on the west coast, but I would if I were :)
/r/seduction29/12/15 07:37 PM
1

lol ya i meant i alternate between the two biggest cities in Canada. I honestly don't do a whole lot of approaching because of the bad vibe women throw me, which I then blame on something being wrong with my looks.
/r/seduction29/12/15 05:24 PM
3

Ya sometimes, though I don't discriminate. It's just a general thing.
/r/seduction29/12/15 05:19 PM
3

Im from a huuuge city in Canada.
/r/seduction29/12/15 05:19 PM
1

In other words, I am only 21 and very close to giving up on ever getting a relationship or women my age attracted to me because of all the bullshit they put me through.
/r/seduction26/12/15 06:51 AM
1

Ya true. I just assumed those reactions were kinda neutral-average. I mean in my case it's like I can't even approach anymore because the dozens upon dozens who have looked at me with disdain for NO GOOD REASON really turn me off from approaching at all. So either girls approach me or I die a single miserable lowlife.
/r/seduction26/12/15 06:43 AM
1

Ya I concede - perhaps not being very physical at all through the date and then all of a sudden tryna makeout is a turnoff.
/r/seduction19/10/15 04:59 PM
1

well she commented 'cute' out of the blue on one of my insta photos so I think she's still looking for a 'bit' more than friends but ya I know what you mean. We just been so busy and had no time to schedule something, and unfortunately Im unavailable in the evening.
/r/seduction15/10/15 05:35 PM
1

ya that's what I thought. Guess I'm just over-analyzing everything cuz it's weird - phenomenal connection and constant convo (no awkward moments) but no intention of kissing.
/r/seduction18/09/15 09:30 PM
1

Well this is the thing - all of these girls go to the same uni as me. So I have it in the back of my head that I'll run into them and that terrifies me.
/r/seduction13/09/15 09:29 PM
0

My pics are still there....
/r/seduction04/09/15 02:39 AM
1

Could you maybe expand on how I come across as goofy?
/r/seduction03/09/15 11:00 PM
1

No I like myself, I like my interests, I generally like my personality; it's mostly physical appearance, and how I THINK other people perceive it (being ignored by girls and shit like that)
/r/seduction03/09/15 02:28 PM
1

Ya see I completely missed out on adolescent socializing and learning to talk to women, so I'm completely in the dark. Saw your most recent e-mail, and I agree- I just gotta say fuck it and approach. I just freeze up due to all these fucked up ideas I have about myself.
/r/seduction03/09/15 02:01 PM
1

Ya I've been trying it for like the past year and a half. Hasn't really made a difference
/r/seduction02/09/15 06:53 PM
1

Well my pictures are down somewhere in this thread. This is all good stuff - I think I really should just get out of my head and talk to people like nothing else matters. Problem is the way MOST women act around me. For example, if I see one of my friends and he's with a girl and I try introduce myself to her, they tend to act very strange around me.
/r/seduction02/09/15 06:41 PM
2

awww thanks ladies I really appreciate it. The way my life has been I would have never guessed I'm even remotely attractive to the opposite gender.
/r/seduction02/09/15 06:24 PM
1

Im really overwhelmed by the responses everyone. I'll admit I was just out going about my business and had the intention to at least talk to one girl - as usual nothing transpired. It' like im confident when im alone but when out in public - freeze up. It almost seems like an impossible task to approach because of the negative way women seem to treat me.
/r/seduction02/09/15 05:24 PM
1

ya when I get it cut i do usually get a fade. IT just grows back lol
/r/seduction02/09/15 01:31 PM
0

Yes in general I have had a rough time making friends at uni and that's probably where much of the problem lies. In high school (which was all boys) I NEVER got invited out to parties and shit, so I literally went YEARS without talking to a SINGLE girl. I think that somewhere deep down it fucked me up a little.
/r/seduction02/09/15 01:24 PM
0

interesting. Ya I've always felt like being a black guy on the more 'nerdy' side has been my biggest downfall so I'm definitely trying to be less of a nice guy. I've grown out some stubble, dress a little flashier - what else can u recommend?
/r/seduction02/09/15 01:16 PM

Read Models three times - just can't put this into practice cuz all the negativity I seem to attract
/r/seduction02/09/15 01:07 PM

Maybe, though maybe not (6-7 hours sometimes). Why?
/r/seduction02/09/15 12:49 PM

I'm actually on nofap right now. It's been quite a struggle, but I'm trying.

I'm actually in Canada
/r/seduction02/09/15 12:44 PM

Ya that's something else I'm tryna be more conscious of - dressing and feeling nice. I wore a nice gold chain for the first time today and managed to make extended eye contact with some hot girls, but I smiled at them and they didn't reciprocate. Oh well I like being flashy!
/r/seduction02/09/15 04:42 AM

all my life I've had people call me skinny so it's probably that. Is it ok to go up to someone and call them fat? NO. So I don't see why there's a goddamn double standard. There was literally points last year where I would look in the mirror and question how ANY girl could seriously wanna be intimate/in a relationship with me. I am a lanky guy being almost 6'4" and wanna get in the gym hard this year. Been lifting dumbells all summer so I've noticed some positive changes in my arms so I'm slowly…

Definitely gonna try just open my mouth more to people in public. Thanks
/r/seduction02/09/15 04:28 AM
1

HAha not necessarily the race thing - though tbh I used to think that was a major insurmountable hurdle to overcome with the environments I've been in (AKA 90 percent white). Dunno I've just always felt like the way women react to me is a judgment of my physical appearance, plus of course I never know if she'll really be into black dudes, but that's whatevs. I chalk this all up to being in an all boys school for like 9 years of my formative teenage years so socially it prolly fucked me up a litt…

Thanks dude this is good. What's my god given talent though? Perhaps I wasn't blessed with the right genetics card but I guess I just gotta try play everything else up.
/r/seduction02/09/15 04:13 AM

Ya I appreciate that man. The way my life has been so far you'd think I'm the ugliest man many of these women encounter! lol But in all seriousness, I'm actually gonna be talking to a therapist fairly regularly when I get back to Uni so I can sort this shit out. I'm just curious what you meant by intimidating. Is is the tall or black thing that's most intimidating? I may be tall but I'm quite skinny so not quite sure why they would have that reaction, but I think you may be on to something...
/r/seduction02/09/15 04:10 AM

so I may have some kind of T-deficiency?

you're a great help. Thanks for putting up with me :p

I know it's weird. Women just throw out bad vibes/glares at me and it seems like it's for no reason - there's gotta be SOMETHING I'm doing wrong!
/r/seduction02/09/15 02:04 AM
1

I've been to several bars/clubs this month with friends. On the dance floor I got rejected by pretty much every girl I treid to dance with. Managed to start convos with maybe 1 or 2 at the bar but those ended very quick. I don't approach precisely because they throw out this extremely negative attitude towards me. Why waste my time approaching if they already seem to not be attracted to me before I've opened my mouth?
/r/seduction01/09/15 11:36 AM
1

It's cuz I live in Canada and was wondering if someone could point me to workshops/bootcamps etc. that deal with this sort of thing. And to your third point, I've really never seen a girl be interested in me in that way. Like literally, I'm just not that kind of dude who gets women checking me out or wanting anything to do with me. It's fucked.
/r/seduction01/09/15 11:25 AM
3

well when you put it like that...
/r/seduction29/08/15 08:36 PM
3

Ya I wish I could change my mindset - though right now my mindset is that they're thinking "oh crap he saw me. I'm not attracted to him at all, lemme avoid him"
/r/seduction29/08/15 07:53 PM
1

Ya when I head back to Uni I'm going to be talking to a therapist on a fairly regular basis about my self-esteem issues
/r/seduction28/08/15 09:19 PM
2

haha ya well in my (almost) 21 years on this earth women have just been very turned off by me so I HAVE to ask these questions!
/r/seduction28/08/15 05:08 PM
1

I guess the main thing is thinking stupid shit like: "what does that guy have that I don't" "women love tall guys supposedly (I'm 6'4"), but they never give me the time of day. How'd that short guy get her?"
/r/seduction28/08/15 05:06 PM

I swipe right on 80% of girls -_-
/r/seduction28/08/15 02:36 PM

Holy shit I have tinder plus as well - 2 matches in 24 hours. WTF do u look like...
/r/seduction28/08/15 11:04 AM
1

Just read your comment. This was a reality check for me and I appreciate it. I may just keep the account around but not gonna take it seriously at all. I actually do ok on dates by the way, it's the approaching in the first places which fucking destroys me. All my life I've gotten a strange 'aura' around most women which makes me think that most find me unattractive. Why would I go up to random girls I find attractive if it's already in the back of my mind that they find me ugly?
/r/seduction27/08/15 03:58 PM
1

congrats on doing so well!
/r/seduction27/08/15 03:56 PM
2

I only thought that because as an app it's almost exclusively looks based; hence any lack of success would have something to do with physical appearance.
/r/seduction27/08/15 02:03 PM
2

ya same. That's something I've been quitting as well
/r/seduction27/08/15 01:18 AM
1

Im headed back to Uni in a week or so (going into 4th year) and I truly have come to believe that most girls at my school are not attracted to me. I have some serious issues relating to self-consciousness in that I sometimes feel TOO tall (6'4") so stand out like a sore thumb just walking around everywhere. I got to a big school in a big city but I kid you not I'm one of the few black dudes so maybe most girls don't wanna be 'that girl' who goes for the few black guys? Sigh. Props to you for thi…
/r/seduction26/08/15 06:13 PM
1

I try to but the problem is most women I walk by don't look at me/actively avoid my gaze. The great perk of being tall and intimidating!
/r/seduction26/08/15 06:06 PM
1

Hmm that's real interesting actually. But it seems like a genuinely negative vibe they give off a lot of the time so I'm not sure.
/r/seduction26/08/15 01:47 AM
2

hahah the sad thing is you're right and I'm ONLY now starting to realize that shit. When girls like black dudes they don't want 'nice guys' who are going down a very school-oriented road. That's why I've been taking up music production lately...needed a hobby and women love that shit (or so it seems) LOL
/r/seduction25/08/15 08:07 PM
1

Ya I needa go on a nice shopping spree lol. And yup I'm taking advice - gonna read 'no more mr. nice guy' tonight
/r/seduction25/08/15 07:51 PM
1

and?
/r/seduction25/08/15 07:50 PM
1

Damn man this gave me all kinds of feels. Really appreciate this advice.
/r/seduction25/08/15 07:47 PM
1

haha I know its SUPPOSED to be a blessing but to me it's felt like a curse based on how people (ESPECIALLY women) treat me. There was clearly a lot of self-loathing in my posts so now I know that shit is not healthy at all. It's just easy to get self-conscious over stupid shit like height when guys shorter than you have waaaay more success (and seem less hated on)
/r/seduction25/08/15 06:08 PM
1

ehh thanks a lot dude. I've been meaning to read 'No more mr. nice guy' and I think I can get through it quick before school.
/r/seduction25/08/15 04:09 PM
1

many times. When people give the kind of negative vibes they give me...you'd probably be posting there a lot too
/r/seduction25/08/15 12:31 PM
2

I'm in the same boat as you bud. Except for me it's even harder cuz I'm NOT conventionally attractive, am going into my 4th year of uni and it genuinely feels like most women at my school really aren't interested in getting to know me :/
/r/seduction24/08/15 07:04 PM
1

Ya true. Sometimes I just feel like I missed some vital social development (was in an all boys school from the age of 8-17, had stretches of years where I didn't speak to a single girl, never got invited out, etc.) so I may have slight social anxiety. I am constantly thinking about what other people think of me, and think that the stares people give are them perceiving me in a negative fashion (i.e. women finding me unattractive)
/r/seduction24/08/15 03:55 PM
1

it's why I don't understand just how people 'fake it till they make it'
/r/seduction24/08/15 03:27 PM
1

ya it's just so hard changing your whole personality when you're on the more 'introverted' side and find it just hard to talk ALOT in general
/r/seduction24/08/15 03:27 PM

I've watched him before. Smooth motherfucker. Unfortunately I still have to really work up the nerve to even talk to a random girl in public (ESPECIALLY with other people around)

/r/seduction17/08/15 06:01 PM

True. Kinda like affirmations then? So should I just keep reminding myself throughout the day of the girls who HAVE had sex with/made out with me, and remind myself that I'm tall and 'good looking'?
/r/seduction17/08/15 05:36 PM
1

ya honestly I think that online dating has fucked me up more than anything. I hardly get matches on Tinder and it's definitely a blow to the confidence, especially because its ONLY based around looks. Then again I'm black and I know black dudes tend to get ignored online.
/r/seduction17/08/15 05:36 PM
2

ya im on it right now actually
/r/seduction17/08/15 05:32 PM
1

So in other words...im just an ugly fuckin dude
/r/seduction16/08/15 03:51 AM

haha you're right. I just get so obsessed and paranoid over whether I'm attractive...it sucks
/r/seduction15/08/15 06:07 PM
1

Ya pretty much. Just what I thought. Though I saw tons of black dudes with success.
/r/seduction15/08/15 04:59 PM
1

Thanks for this dude. Will admit I was a little tipsy when I made this rant, but I had to let it out. I just figured if I was getting rejected pretty much all the time there has to be something wrong on a fundamental basis with the way I approach/the way I look, when other dudes make that shit look so effortlessly. Anyways, this is me. I will straight up admit I didn't really like what I was wearing last night (black polo shirt and jeans because I came straight from my job essentially) so maybe …

Ya that's a good point. I do trust my eyesight however, and visually I guess I'm just really turned off from approaching when the majority of women have a 'bitchface', look miserable, or simply seem like they don't want strangers talking to them.
/r/seduction14/08/15 07:16 PM
2

so true - not approaching due to crippling nervousness is my biggest problem (hell even sometimes when I'm drunk!!!) Thanks
/r/seduction14/08/15 06:59 PM

haha I shall try man. Don't know why the fact that women don't "give me attention"/give off a bad aura around me gets to me so bad.
/r/seduction14/08/15 05:12 PM

I appreciate it man. The way my life has been so far I would have never guessed....
/r/seduction14/08/15 03:41 PM

yes I experience the same kind of thing. Could it be that I just expect women to fawn over me because I'm tall WITHOUT me first approaching? (which I am starting to try and do)

6'4" and I agree

ya thanks dude
/r/seduction14/08/15 03:28 AM

Yes I know theoretically my height is an advantage - what I AM saying is that I can't relate to the experiences of these other tall guys. Women give me NO attention on average in the form of IoIs and I think that is what kind of fucks with me (makes me question my demeanor and physical appearance)
/r/seduction14/08/15 12:38 AM

always been on the lanky side - tryna change that but it's a stuggle http://imgur.com/0p2CDfB http://imgur.com/7fzRAM3 http://imgur.com/SP6gw5p

ahha i shall
/r/seduction14/08/15 12:36 AM

haha thanks! Guess it's aways great to assume that a woman won't care about something unchangeable like that (though everyone has their preferences). Happy you found someone :)
/r/seduction13/08/15 11:49 PM

Where do u see them give tall men this attention? The only time women give me this attention (and I'm 6'4") is when they give me a bad look.
/r/seduction13/08/15 10:43 PM
2

I'm 6'4" so tall - and I get NO attention from women. Could it be because I'm only turning 21 in 4 weeks? Dunno anymore
/r/seduction13/08/15 10:42 PM
-1

see it's weird - even here I see all you 6' + guys talking about how much attention women give to you. I get like NONE of that! :/

1

yup I've started. U see my pic?
/r/seduction13/08/15 10:34 PM

ya so true...I guess it's mostly because I never receive compliments from women/IoIs that I have come to feel this way. For instance, I can't imagine the women I've met talking behind my back to their friends about "how cute I am" and what not...

most of the women I HAVE approached have been relatively receptive to me...I just suffer from extremely toxic thoughts in my head. Plus like all guys I HAVE been rejected before and that kind of stings my fragile ego.

Ya I alternate between the two biggest cities in Canada and I find overall race isn't THAT big a deal here when it comes to dating. Of course being me with my fragile ego, I always have it in my mind before approaching that maybe she's just not into me because of my skin colour. Then again, won't know if I don't try...

the girl I approached was white because it just so happens I'm mostly into middle eastern chicks, Latinas, and whites, but I don't really discriminate. How is telling me NOT to approach good advice?

Yup - and that's what I did. I like it because it IS direct (because I'm giving her a compliment right after), but at the same time indirect as I am simply asking an honest question. Being in an all boys school for 10 years then thrust into co-ed uni, I don't think I ever learned that as a man you have to approach. I've missed countless opportunities cuz I just expected women to talk to me...which doesn't happen when you're not conventionally attractive.

Thanks hhaha, and ya I just take it personally because I feel there's just something about me inherently that makes women put-off by me

Ya precisely. So is approaching off the dance-floor/verbally always a better idea?

True. Ya daygame is something I haven't quite got to yet - going up to a random woman going about her business has always seemed socially unacceptable. But it's something I wanna do.

ya for sure man - it really is just something I gotta get used to. Definitely more of a self-confidence issue because all my life I've had people call me skinny, making me feel very insecure being so tall (almost 6'4") and lanky. There was a point around a year ago where I literally looked in the mirror and wondered how any woman could seriously look at me as a potential partner. So I've been in some pretty dark places and just tryna work my way away from that shit. Thanks!

interesting point about facial expressions too-maybe I do give off a stern and unapproachable vibe...

yes approaching is far and away my most major problem. Again, it all comes down to feelings of inadequacy/insecurity in the way I look based on how I THINK people perceive me (AKA as a goofy-looking, below average dude)

Ya exactly. I've read Models by Mark Manson three times and found it fantastic- but like you've said, you have to actually DO things. This is where I freeze up, because I'm simply not secure with the way I look, and get the impression others judge me off my appearance. When I say appearance I mean literally, because I already take care of my hygiene and try dress well.

Thankfully managed to get rid of the acne. Its funny - most guys consider being tall a good thing yet here I am depressed about it. I'm close to just saying fuck it, I'll approach and if I get blown out of the water and rejected every single time THEN I'll know somethings up.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
