One of the loneliest most excruciating times of my life. Never before had I felt so worthless and discarded. Her entire family watched me give my all only to be thrown away. Leaving my stepson was a pain i can’t describe. Thankful for people like you who acknowledge this. I recovered in a great way, but so many of us don’t. Thank you

I blocked her which was the healthiest thing for me. She tried to peak around to see if I would come crawling back without her admitting any of her craziness and I knew it was a lost cause. She rarely admitted any wrong doing in years. when I started dating my now wife I cut her off completely. Her aunt called me (out of the blue) wondering what happened and I told her I moved on and it was not worth revisiting. She basically said she was worried about her losing weight and posting strange thing…

I got a tepid “I’m sorry for everything I said to you” but I think that was just a tactic to open up communication because she later wanted to come to my music shows. She was trying to rekindle things I think

It has gotten easier, I think that I have been trying to date to "prove" that I am still a good guy but im not sure thats the right mindset

We have to stop assuming that just because we are separated that ladies are automatically banging somebody else. There are some that move like that but most of the time women are just dealing with intense emotions just like we are.
