Similar situation happened to me this fall. Wife took off with kids, I told her she's going to regret it. She considered it a treat against her and filed a PAA. The court instantly gave her temporary custody. She knows I've never been violent and I meant my comment as she's going to regret leaving me. The court system is screwed.
