Yes this is a good point. I have been prioritizing video calls and am making plans to visit her in her own country as soon as the opportunity is available.

This question depends on howvyour marriagevwas if it was contentious ans full of nagging/dispute or if your wife was very controlling at times divorce can leave one with a feeling of freedom and less weight on one shoulders.

That is a great response. I think limiting communication to the monitored app and email seems like the way to go. I kept ny lawyer in the loop so they can give their input if there are any legal complications.

Try seperation first before divorce. If divorce is needed do it ammucably and without lawyers if you can.

I only have one kid though. This is one of the things I didn't like about my marriage my wife didn't even let let name my son. I suspect child support for one kid couldn't be that bad. I don't know about the legal fees and alimony. I just hired my lawyer they cut thevretainer in half since custody is already decided on and se are now just working on alomony/legal fees/child support.

I don't know. It is an intermediate goal not an immediate one. Overall it helps to get out there and not be so house stuck. Plus except for the divorce, I feel like I am my life peak in my mid-30s. I am situationally an extrovert because of this.

Yeah like I said it is sole custody and she is the custodial parent. Since divorce not finalized not sure when visitations are etc... and what a reasonable child support/alimony would be.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
