Thanks! Great post. As u/V1adimirPoontin said maybe newbies won't get very much from it, I just passed anger phase a couple months ago, and now I want to focus on how to improve not only my individual life but also our family life/reality. This advice is gold. Thanks again

Just read OP's blog... I feel truly sorry for his kids. There's no adults in his home, he lost his shit and slapped wife in front of his daughters... Very very sad. I honestly hope he can get his life in order, but I think he's not able to confront his own emotions (just deleted his account and blocked access to the blog)

OP sounds like a boring-as-fuck kind of man... I lost 5 minutes of my life reading this (FR?) victim puke... EDIT: grammar

Fucking great, I'm in! Started on day #2, but better late than never. I finished my day 1 challenges and struggling a little bit to complete day 2 challenge. Thanks and let the day 3 challenge comes!

Can't wait for it, I guess it's a serious challenge to write deep essays like you usually do, but this time, DAILY. Anyway, I'm sure it will be great!

Thanks for this. It's kinda lame to thank you for this, but I still struggle with validation seeking from my wife, so it's good to be slapped in the face.

This is almost like reading what my own life has been the last 10 years... I'm waiting for the follow up.

Finally someone with common sense. As others users said, MRP is way better than TRP because of these kind of posts.

Great post. I have the same time as you since I started reading and swallowing the core principles of RP, and thinking in writing my first FR too. You seem to be doing quite well in your path so long, congratulations!

Hope you're better. Talk with a professional, get your shit together, there's nothing more important than your own life. Believe me, I've been there. Get physical training, it will help distracting your mind from autodestructive thoughts. Good luck!

I'm married, not one of the remarkable users here (maybe them could give some better insight with your problem) but I'm still struggling with some codependency issues. I have felt in some degree the three "symptoms" you mention. Yes, spinning plates would be a solution, but I understand you completely when you say your problem is not getting pussy, but keeping a healthy relationship (it have been a problem for me in the past: codependency, jealousy, etc). I love my wife but at some point I under…

Glad to know you're working on improving your life and another men's lives. You give excellent advice for married men, I hope you don't stop posting here, your thoughts are always enlightening and a valuable resource on reclaiming our masculinity. Best of lucks, regards!

I think your approach to this "problem" was good. Certainly, not very "alpha", but you managed to get your physical improvement anyway. Taking very small steps (like this one) is the key to not wreck your relationship once you begin working on yourself (I learned this the hard way). I'm already unplugging but already had tons of these kind of negatives from the wife, I just do the best I can with them. Congrats EDIT: grammar & spelling errors

Great post, hit me hard, but I needed this (after some weeks of continuous improvement, I went back to old beta shitty habits, even stopped lifting and eating healthy). Now I'm definitely back on the road. Thanks, man.

Thanks for the advice, your blog has become a mandatory read for me and I think it should be for anyone who is swallowing the pill. Don't want to sound like an ass-kissing douche, it's just that I deeply believe in the power of gratitude toward anyone who becomes with a safe and refreshing point of view for my life.

I'm progressing very slowly. Started lifting, doing some cardio, I've lost almost 4kg (I'm not from the US, but I think that's like 8lb). Sex quality was always good with the wife, quantity has not increased significantly, but I'm feeling better with myself. However I had a few backslides (one was a major, had a nuclear fight with my SO and almost ended in breakup). Shit tests are constant and are coming in a very aggressive way, it's hard for me to deflect them since I seem to be stuck in the a…

Great post, as always. Thanks, thanks, thank you so much for this. I'm in the unplugging phase yet, so I need sometimes a bit of motivation or new ideas.

WOW! Solid as shit. I'm kinda new around here (found TRP about 2 months, just starting to unplug). In fact, this is my first comment, and I just want to say this post hit me right in the face, this kind of familiy-driven Übermensch you describe is what I'm trying to become. Thanks.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
