There's nothing much changing except the need to have a reason to divorce, but if you both agreed you could make up something that qualified for a quick divorce anyway (e.g. adultery). They just stop those weird cases where one party wants to divorce and the other refuses to let them.

Problem is in many years of peace we've become weak and the soft are always walked over by the strong. Recently feminism and the left have been strong and winning (feminist PM and cabinet), but the tide is turning and new PM Johnson will hopefully start the swing back towards common sense.

Make no mistake, this is the BBC agenda - every news article they've had recently has added something like "someone on Twitter (friend of editor) has complained about the all white or all male lineup" to poorly mask their stance on white men. Yep in the UK you would need permission to avoid voyeur laws, PLUS they can at any point revoke consent for sharing the footage further under the revenge porn laws. It's coming down to just her statement of her consent, no other evidence is allowed. Is the juice really worth the squeeze these days?
