3	Show me your failures. I was at a club during Halloween dressed as a magician with a magic wand, I approached 2 girls dressed as faeries and swapped my wand with one of theirs, I begin talking/dancing and they seemed fairly receptive. About a minute or so in, she looks at some girl, who I can only assume is the mother goose, and she shakes her head and BOOM, I get blown-out in 1 second. 2	Its close to impossible for a cold start for me, and totally look like an introvert and AFC. But actually speak a lot and have a lot of fun when I am all worked up. I'm pretty similar to you, but I find it easier to get warmed up. I think what causes me to get 'worked up' is adrenaline from the social activity, and this acts like a drug to make me more extroverted and high energy. If I'm with a small group of people then I don't get the same rush as when I'm at a party, so most people are surprised by how quiet I am. However, I still don't know what the solution to this is.
