You've changed not her. Your less of a whiny bitch compared to pre-TRT. Time some reflection to understand what's actually happened.

That's identical to the advice I'd give my 25yr old self too.

How often are you taking her out? Exploring the new town, finding social groups? Get her into a mother's group. Craft group, yoga, whatever. Are you being awesome and giving her a reason to want to stay? She needs bulk comfort and your giving her bulk dread.

That's what I was trying to say. Most books I've read only have a couple of truths. TRP constantly re-affirms itself with real world examples. Rollos book most specifically

Totally agree. I've been on this self improvement path for a lot longer than I'd like to admit. I've had several of these 'you know nothing moments' and the last couple have been loud. My body is well on the way to were I want it..... I read a comment a while ago saying it's one of the only things you can truly control.

Lots of déjà vu. Pretty rocky road at the moment as we adjust.

I started doing this 6 or 7 years ago. Ive finally stamped out the wankas and am now surrounded by people that bring me up in one way or another.

Absolutely. Out of all the random self help and philosophy stuff I've read over the years, Rollo's book just keeps showing me multiple real world examples nearly daily. A large portion of the comments are people playing anonymous internet hero. With some hidden gold.

Well written. Thank you. More to take on board. I've said it before about this place. The real gold is buried in the comments.

Point proven. Another thing to own. Where's the line between taking in all options to make a calculated decision. Or making a decision off the cuff and owning it right or wrong?

Interesting take on it. Not sure I agree with it. But point taken.

Thanks for the responses. And a few lengthy ones I will need to re-read. Unless I can find a counsellor on my terms it's not going to happen. I am going to lay my cards on the table soon and say this is what I expect. And keep on owning my shit, lifting and reading. It's either the catalyst to take us back to where we should be, or for us to go our own ways. Time will tell.

This is close to what I did. She was being a complete bitch. I held frame and called her out. She got angry. I said if your going to talk to me like that, there's the door. She came crawling back a couple hours later and said maybe we should see a counsellor. I said I'd consider it. Not an A+ performance from me. More like a C. But from 2years ago it would of being an easy fail. Had the best sex in years since.

I got this often. I roll between, being an irritating kid, getting up and doing banking/chores/something because 'I can't sleep' and actually snuggling her. At the start I got plenty of 'your butt hurt because I wouldn't fuck you' .... never felt I nailed that answer. And won't comment. But thats mostly stopped. I've also made a huge effort to give her good cuddles after sex.

Skinny man abs? Or proper built abs? One is like tits on a fat chick.... Before you get to excited on dread read this. I can't give any advice that hasn't been said elsewhere hear. https://www.reddit.com/r/marriedredpill/comments/2lpafb/the_12_step_plan_of_dread_book_excerpt_from_my/ Read. Internalise, read again and realise you still know nothing and then actually read the side bar with open eyes.

Agree somewhat. I feel your confusing social status of a family with trp. Yes it also takes work to keep them happy, But work on yourself. As soon as you start playing the snivelling nice guy that slaves all day then comes crawling home with a rose your a chump. Chad comes home, grunts and slaps her ass. A rose just makes her think he's apologising for something.

Pick the low hanging fruit. Gain momentum. Pick some more and add a couple of small portions of bigger goals. Rinse, repeat. Be careful, once the pill has been tasted there is no going back. Overshooting is easy. Good luck.

Ha, those just put me in a time capsule to before I fucked myself over and would happily say almost anything to girls in clubs for no reason other than to see what I can get away with and still get laid. It's nuggets like this that make me remember where I need to get back to.

I find this interesting. As I'm the opposite when drinking, I stop giving a fuck what people think... Making holding frame damn easy. When I was at my most repressed I also drank a lot. Didn't put 2+2 together until I'd been lurking around here for a while and had a big mess to clean up.

And yet last night I helicoptered out of the shower straight into her mouth. I was asking how to turn down or escalate duty sex. Not some generic time line (that I do agree with) She gets plenty of comfort and a little frat boy style asshat which is what gets her moist. Plenty of balanced DEVI. Because of her high need for comfort I need to be super carefull of dread... what would be a L3 on some is double that on her. I want sex. I'm gunna initiate, my mediocre initiation got me a mediocre acce…

Boom! Thanks. I dunno if I was fishing for answer. I was trying not to waffle too much in the post. 'Shit sex from a woman following my lead' is the answer. Working out how to 1) not coming out of this situation like a bitch and 2) keep on improving. It's also strange that the only place in my life I feel like I need to explain myself is when I post here. Too many fucks given.

Get swatted away, 'no I just want you on me and in me' Combined with too many years of me being a puppy dog settling for mediocre sex

I like the term relationship ptsd. Definetly hits the nail on the head. Something I gotta work on. I don't last long enough to escalate (or can't get hard enough) for starfish. And seriously struggle with how to warm her up to escalate.

Thanks. That's what I would/do do. But 'you should get on top of me' literally means all that's off the table. And it's nothing more than starfish. Hence why I walked.

No, we are talking about how your wife places your value, not how society places you.. that's only important in the later stages. Your assuming your wife is going to have sex with you because your wealthy. She 'may' see that as a covert contract and your starting from behind. Ad in the extra weight, even further behind. Not performing as a leader at home? Even further behind. All of sudden that SMV of 7 at a social event is now a -8 at home. See where I'm coming from? Own your shit, don't redire…

Truth hurts. I've got guys in my social group that are more successful than you, good sense of humour. Sharp witted and well dressed. Yet I'm the one that gets the attention, and the comments to my wife along the lines or 'Be carefull or I'm going to steal him' The good dad who all the kids love, lifts and is only a few lbs over. And a stable 6figure salary. (And I'm a long way from having my shit together) Physique and outlook > money. Almost every time. Especially when attatched to the 'I'm ri…

1 write your post then come back and read it. I've done this dozens of times.... each time I haven't posted. Re-read it and thought 'why the fuck are you even asking it you already know the answer' The one time I did just post it... I should of waited because 'why the fuck are you even asking this you know the answer' Basically a pussy whose frame had been rocked and that needed some validation that I was doing the right thing. To try spark some discussion I was about to go on a bit of a tirade …

My priority is making sure I'm happy. Do I battle a big shit test and spend time with one of my good mates? Or do I let her think I'm a puppy dog that can be trained? Every chance I get I flirt to keep the skills sharp and stroke the ego.... This particular occasion I'd had a few beers and my frame had cracks.

It's more that I've always been able to drag her back into my frame. Her holding out this time, has rattled it. Having someone show attraction to me rattled it even more. And now do I back out and change my decision based on hers?

One of the ugliest fattest things I've bedded, gave THE best head ever. Swallowed every drop, mouth did leave my cock until I was in pain trying for a 5th. She was maybe a 2 or 3 if you like goths.... Abundance + practice.

Dot points so I don't write you an essay. - shit gets better - parents suck.. 10/20/30years time you might not have forgiven them, but you'll experience something will make you at least empathise with them. - lift. Excma + acne says you have bulk hormones. Make the most of those gains son. - fuck everyone. Totally agree with this, but SMV is relative to context. At work I constantly get put out as the leader due to calm quite comments or decisions over the classic 'good looking bully type' (maybe I'm confusing leader as alpha?) In a social setting I've picked up because I was holding frame but because the others were show boating... then she got drawn to me because I was in my frame not competing. After we got isolated she got dragged deeper into my frame. I'm not ugly, but I'm far from a classica…

I grew up in a small country town. Which meant if you kissed a girl on the weekend. By Monday lunch even the tuck shop lady knew, when you got home mum would say 'so I hear you and xxxx are a thing now' This was mid/late 90s and thank fuck the internet was coming in, and you could chat to people in the big smoke online. Got ostricised a little but never went local again once I discovered that. Spent a lot of weekends catching the train down to the city.

I've been here a couple times before I learned not to go to my circle. 'I think your damn amazing, I'm not in the right place for a relationship at the moment and I'm not going to continue this' They will do everything to hang on. That is where it's tricky as they will be throwing themselves at you. Keep at arms reach and be slightly cold. Weeks/months/years they will come back and say thank you for not hurting them.

When your in the moment your by yourself. Especially on the moto. It's just afterwards you feel the need to share these moments. Need validation maybe?

It's wasn't toughness and willpower that struck me. I've been around tough guys and guys that have incredible willpower (many professional athletes) It's his amazing ability to step back and look at any issue or problem with an almost godlike overview. And process every detail with clarity and from multiple angles. Regardless of what's actually happening. That calmness and 'shit happens but I got this' combined with the fact people just listen to every word he says. No stress just a smooth sense…

I went for these because they were easy, I wasn't scared of damaging or hurting them (what more harm could I cause) and because I thought that's all I was worth. I didn't deserve better. All reeks of beta eh?

I've been lucky enough to work a 'high stakes' job with an ex SAS as my manager. Still close friends. It also co-incided with my swallowing of the red pill. Having someone like that to study during high stress situations was priceless.
