If your wife is badmouthing you to everyone, she's not even a good person; let alone a friend, partner or wife. I've unfortunately seen cases like this where they try to use this evidence of complaining and gaslighting to make others believe their story and to turn against you. In cases where they don't want to have to do anything with the kids; they try to stick the kids with the dad, get the maximum amount of alimony/maintenance/child support/assets and then go off with other guys in a surpris…

Men are often vilified in many contexts. You don't have to go far to see how true that is. Right here on Reddit you'll find many subs dominated by rabid feminists looking for a chance to ban you from subs or entirely from the platform/remove your posts/delete your comments/downvote you etc. She/they are often better skilled at social situations from an evolutionary standpoint, and so many people they're in contact with will side with her. It's pointless thinking about the past life you shared to…

I cannot ask her to help pay this bill because the relationship is irreconcilable after she tried to take away my parental rights 4 TIMES Don't ask her for anything and give her the satisfaction; they often leave your life in a mess. It sucks, but just need to dig in, make more guy friends who support you through this tough journey/are also or who have gone through it and it will be a blur in the future.

How long can she drag this out? Is she allowed to just keep hopping from lawyer to lawyer, rejecting all of my offers, and refusing to do anything to move this forward? Women often have little to lose in a divorce, based on how divorce/alimony/maintenance/child support is structured in most places in the world. She absolutely can and will drag it out; some immoral lawyers will actually advocate for this. If it is not a mutual consent divorce, then go for contested divorce and fight it out. Insis…

Usually, if you start off as monogamous, you should stay that way. Likewise, if you're polyamorous to begin with. Problems happen when you try to cross over midway.

Extreme emotional/verbal/mental abuse, dead bedroom for years/refusing sex (except to have children), daily arguments, constant disrespect, lack of love/trust/respect/intimacy, vulgar abuse, compulsive lying, hating in-laws, violence in front of the child, lazy/refusing to work, death threats with knife, spendthrift, only love for her family, subtle racism (comparing skin colour), manipulative/narcissistic tendencies etc

If she's got kids and a house from the deal, she's all set. In some countries, it doesn't even have to be an engineer, or 10 years. She'll still get paid for life.

True; I realised much later as well how much of a business all of these different events/stages are: dating, engagement, marriage, divorce, CS etc. And men often have to pay both on the way in and on the way out.

The more I read the posts on this sub, the more it is apparent that men's rights are at an all time low and misandry/gynocentrism/female entitlement/rabid feminism is at an all time high. Why are these fucking laws instituted in the first place and why are governments pandering so much to them? There should be laws instituted where zero alimony will be given in case of divorce.

Anyone with traits of the dark triad/tetrad rarely like anyone filming them, because it will prove one or more traits. As long as it is in public, film away. They just want double standards as long as they're not affected.

Their primary objectives are to get married and have kids. And they often go to any lengths to get that done. Once they have both, they consider themselves bulletproof; while the man has to bear multiple roles/responsibilities/burdens. It might seem impossible to move on, but time makes many things seem like a blur.

She definitely wants a divorce. But she wants to live together for the kids. Which means she wants to have her cake and eat it too. With a cherry on top. She wants the benefit of having a man around, be a parent, pay for the kids and also receive alimony & maintenance. Never, ever do that. You can't have your feet in two worlds; it'll be a nightmare for everyone.

There are many like you bruv. Be a better man for your kid. Your ex is unlikely to improve, very rarely do they take accountability. Minimize interactions with her as much as possible.

IMO, a marriage shouldn't be ended unless it has these significant factors: it was a (drunk) mistake to begin with, there was ongoing verbal/mental/emotional etc abuse, there was ongoing infidelity, there was consistent & wilful denial of sex / dead bedroom etc. Don't want to sound like a hater, but don't be a woman. They will leave relationships and marriages, just because they aren't feeling it. Which is statistically accurate as well; with women initiating the majority of divorces. If that's …

The effects of divorce reverberate years and decades down the line. There are many silent triggers that could remind you about the past or cause fear/anxiety/guilt etc. Everything is normal.

Wait until the divorce is finalized and the dust settles down. After some time, anonymously send evidence of her cheating to the gym management and let fate run its course. In the interim, look for another gym/YMCA. Seeing their parents at the same gym and not talking etc, must be pretty hard on the kids as well.

All I got was a picture that my STBXW sent through her attorney to mine. This is fucking ruthless and cold hearted. She'll want to use that into a bigger settlement and/or more favourable terms. Make sure that you stay stoic and strong through the process, bruv.

The amount of pervasive misandry and gynocentrism is shocking across so many social media platforms and even here many subs tend to just ban you for speaking your mind; however misandrists/rabid feminists etc aren't given nearly the same punishment. Reddit doesn't even have proper reporting channels, so these mods and subs are allowed to continue and exist. We already know that family law is already biased around the world. Women often cheat far more often, and they have a number of opportunities through social media and dating apps to do so. Don't condone bad behaviour and reinforce moral hazard.

Classic signs of a master manipulator. They learn to do this over millions of years of evolution. Their physical strength is shit, so they resort to emotional strength/tactics: gaslighting, compulsive lying, emotional manipulation, gaining support against you, narcissistic behaviour and much more.
/r/Divorce_Men19/06/24 03:36 PM

She doesn't care. And she will likely cheat again. Cheating is asymmetrical between men and women. Women just have to download a bunch of apps and can co-ordinate a gangbang in a week or less; doesn't matter what they look like, where they work, what their situation is etc. When they cheat, it means that something is seriously off in the relationship. It's not the same for men. Men can't just get matches unless they have a number of things going for them. For your mental health, your future and …

Hard, left swipe. A modern day feminist is the equivalent of a German 80+ years ago. Sooner or later you're going to land up in some version of a concentration camp: emotional/mental torture. 💀

The 50-50 is not really enforceable, because you can't really split time with your kids that way. Additionally, as your story shows; it's the quality and intent of the time spent with the child that matters; not the total duration. When children know that you have their best interests at heart, they'll respect and trust you for it. And that is far more important in the long run than other feelings, emotions and circumstances.

Child anything (assault, harassment, rape, porn etc) is taken very seriously in most parts of the world - as it should be - so depending on where you are and how serious this can get, and how quickly, tell your parents (or trusted relatives/adults) about this and talk to a lawyer ASAP. If there's any place where they've posted about this SH, then get a copy of it right away to give to your legal counsel.

I had seen something like this earlier. A rage room (see link) is where people can vent their frustrations by breaking things in a room. Now, am I the only one who is really feeling uncomfortable and scared at the fact that society promotes this form of anger and hatred, which to me heavily seems to be directed towards men, by viewing it as something progressive and empowering? I think just using the word rage means things have gone out of control. Rage is the terrible cousin of anger. And, alth…

Create a petition and share it locally and online, to get votes (change.org might be a good place to start). Pro tip: If anyone, male or female, self identifies as a feminist - in general/social media/friendships/dating apps/conversations; they should be out of your lives. At best, they're naive. My wife’s a drinker. I'd tell you to stop right there bruv. (Healthy) Relationships and addictions don't mix well. She's verbally and physically abusive. Don't worry about the feminist movement bruv. Men are waking up to the guile of rabid feminists. It may take years or decades, but the laws will improve eventually. They have to. We'll make them. In the interim, just keep doing what you love - sounds like singing - and keep going to school, make more (guy) friends and get excellent grades. The dawn of the age of men is coming.

she said that she will make false allegations against you in police. Dude, are you Indian? This sounds like a very Indian (woman) thing to do. If you are Indian, the best way as a man is to stand up for your rights; in case false cases are filed, fight them with a fury. Indian courts and police are aware that most of the cases are false and overturn them. When they're overturned, file criminal charges against the women who filed false charges. I'm guessing/hoping that your sister doesn't do this…

Too many good men are being lied to and are sacrificing themselves and their dreams to raise some disloyal woman's child This has been happening for thousands of years across the world. There just was no way to know for sure. At least now we have DNA tests. I think what men's rights should push for instead are DNA tests, mandated by law, that should be done by every hospital for every birth of a child.

From the woman's perspective: Once he gave me what I wanted (adopted a child and likely other assets as well), and helped me get through my worst times; there's no more use for him and I can go out and score some new cock. Politicians and governments want to line their pockets. Enter taxes. A bigger family means more potential for working people and hence more taxes, now and down the line. Not all places and countries have prenups (Example: India). Best deal currently for men is not to get married or have kids. One is a legal contract, the other an irreversible decision. It's not optimal, but it's the best insurance in an increasingly hostile, gynocentric society.

The best way to find a friend is to be one. Reach out to people every chance you get, especially via hobbies you may have long forgotten or given up on. Being single is a golden opportunity to pursue any dreams, goals or bucket list items you may have had at some point in time but couldn't pursue within the confines of a relationship or because the time wasn't right. You're in a tough spot now and there's no way but to dig yourself out of it through grit and determination. It's what we men do.

This is obviously very bad. Actually, once you know a bit about India's current, shitty gynocentric family law system; this is not as bad and is done to protect men. Women already hold more power than you can possibly know. Sections of the constitution of India itself are implicitly discriminatory against men. If marital rape was made illegal in India, at least a million false cases every year would be filed. India is already suffering under a huge case backlog due to false cases (rape, dowry, d…

There’s a study I can’t find. It showed that of couples facing divorce who stayed together, well more than half were happily married five years later.
