It was when I got out and could be more one on one. It's not my cup of tea. I do much better in environments I enjoy. I can talk to people about bikes all day and I've joined a few fun bike rides, the breweries are actually pretty chill, smaller and more personal. No gym or riding my bike, plus the first month would be a very annoying process. 5	Why I hate clubs You and I hate clubs for completely different reasons. I just hate the atmosphere. I was a metal head growing up, local and big concerts were great, it was like clubs for metal heads. There were plenty of girls there, but I was there for the music, the fun, the friends, the "moment". If you go into the club, go in for reasons you actually like. -2	Epiphany at the barber shop today... While I agree with your post, I would have waited for a quality haircut, if the barber was good and you knew it. I have a barber I go to every 2 weeks or so. I show up a bit early than normal (~15 minutes) and during that time I either play pool or socialize with others. I've made a few friends that way, met a couple girls, and enjoyed my time.
