3	Custody battle is about to kill me. Man I hope your custody battle goes your way! I haven't faced this particular situation, but I did recently complete a divorce. I was informed that depending on which state you live in that you have 30 days to file an objection to the courts on her moving. Im sure you know that already if you have obtained an attorney. I told my ex before our divorce was complete that if she ever tried to pull anything like that, that I would be moving right along side her. Because your kids are worth it!
