I was just permabanned in another reddit. It was done with a bot. They refuse to tell me which subreddit I'm subscribed to that caused the ban. Of course Reddit admin is zero help.

My ex-wife of 28 years has come to the conclusion I'm a good father, man and husband. I've come to the realization "That's not my problem".

Did he assume their gender? Was it written on their uniform? Pretty closed minded.

I commented on her original post "Why don't you get a job?" It was immediately reported and deleted.

After we split up after 28 years I finally felt like I wasn't walking on egg shells 24/7. I never yell and haven't road raged in 2 years or felt the over whelming urge to start arguments with strangers. We can only take so much stress before the dam breaks.

I didn't realize how much stress I was under until the dog and I and everything else she didn't want moved into our own little place. We are soooo much happier.

Sometimes you might think "It wasn't that bad". Maybe I'm wrong. Dude, it was way worse and we are conditioned/wired to not remember all the bad shit. Do you - f* her. Let her go ruin someone else's life.

I'm mostly greatful for my divorce. But every once in a while a good memory plays through and I miss her. It's a shame I lived with so few good memories and an assload of bad ones.

Maybe now would be the time to talk to her about custody arrangements. You filed she's moving on. That's typically what happens in a divorce.

I gave my two daughters, my son-in-law and my grandson $100 ea in a card. And didn't feel bad at all about it. The last Christmas my wife and I were together, I told her to charge about $1,000 on my credit card. Nearly $4,000 later I shut it down. Plus whatever she pulled out of "our" account. Me and the dog have a little house and are happier than I have been in years.

Yup. Living with a woman with a borderline personality was a rough 28 years. I still deeply love her but can absolutely not live with her. Typically when I was stressed I would take it out on strangers. As a man sometimes we need a win.

Truth is today my divorce finalized. I'm tired of working for 2 people and just want a fresh start. Which is hard to do when she gets half your military retirement, alimony and hasn't worked in years. Once I can close my business I may be going overseas.

Keep your head down. Get good grades and when you graduate and enter the real world work hard, show up on time and reap the rewards. People who believe they are owed something typically continue to lose out here.

Keep your cool. She can fuck your career if you're not calm. Best thing to do is keep contact to a minimum (hopefully there aren't children). She will eventually move on. Crazy don't get better.

When I was stationed in Korea sitting on a frozen sandbag, I thought well it can't get any worse. I'm going through my own divorce right now. That was still worse. At least you're not in Korea!

I own a small business with my separated wife. I replaced her with a small dog and 2 cats she didn't want. She doesn't like it when I call our new home the trailer of unloved toys. My grown daughters are a help and I try to do something fun every weekend. Fish, museum, hike or if I'm broke, which I often am I play video games. Do laundry. Work on the yard. Make dinner for the old Vietnam veterans next door. I've started looking for a buddy I can do stuff with on the weekend. I haven't had a lot …

Sunday night and I'm at work in "our" business. She comes in 4 days a week for about 24 hours a week and wonders why I don't want to take on more clients.

It's not that men can't express their feelings. It's that we don't feel the need to over examine everything.
