But you can't do without teaching. People can't just download and upload stuff into their brains via USB. If young countrymen are filled with unenthusiastic learners with bad education, the economy will suffer. Your father will feel the effects too.

I hardly care about what they feel themselves, as long as I'm not affected. I see great guys with these women, he got a bad deal, but it's got nothing to do with me. The worst thing they do is to go around arguing with scientists, doctors, nutritionists and politicians that being overweight is ok. And it's also hurting their feelings so everyone should just zip it. Bloody hell, these shits and their poisons trying to spread it everywhere. In which universe is being fat ok?

I think you are missing the point. By how hard sara tried to make amends with c-word after OP defended her, it's pretty obvious sara has the intention of getting on c-word's good side in the first place. Any sort of defense is detrimental to sara's intention of being good with c-word. Her plan was to sit and endure the shit so as not to upset c-word. Giving a disgusted look would mess with her plans all the same.

So what should be the overall best way to act in that situation? Avoid getting involved whenever possible, but since OP is already at the table, it's worse off to not talk at all right?

More like hedgehogs. Stop looking for a unicorn when the species you love and are sexually attracted to are in fact, hedgehogs from the start. They look cute and cuddly, but there's no escaping that arsenal of pricks to hurt you if you get too attached. At no moment in time will they ever leave the pricks behind. A hedgehog wearing a unicorn suit is still a hedgehog. Deal with it, accept it and start planning your every move with this in mind. This is the unfortunate hand dealt to us my mother n…

It does for amoled screens like Samsung's. Best way to check is in a dark room and a fully black image. If the screen seems to be completely turned off and no light visible, it means battery life will be saved. Older screen technology has a giant backlight for the entire screen, the black picture will still have some light shining through. This kind of screens won't save any power since the backlight is on anyway.

Thanks. Oh, it's a direct reply to your statement that men have sexual problems after circumcision. Because I definitely don't. Perhaps it's due to good medical procedure. It can be done right. Just because a village quack doc blotched job leaves the patients with long lasting problems, doesn't mean it should be banned completely, especially for people like me who benefit from it greatly.

Circumcised male here. Pre-op. Frequent infections. Pain. Frequent trips to doctors but prescription creams don't work. After many trips, doctors decided circumcision would be better for my life in the long run. OP at a reputable hospital. It's been 20 years or more. Absolutely no problems. No more pain, no real issues whatsoever. Whoever with a circumcised dick who can't orgasm or make his woman do so is just plain bad at it. The thing is the foreskin causes problems way too often. It would be …

I was replying to the part about SMVs and walls. Strictly speaking, straight people and LGBT people are not mutually attracted. Yeah of course everyone is a human. But the SMVs and walls of every individual only affects the dating scene that he decides to join. A woman's SMV affects the straight dating scene, but a gay woman's SMV doesn't because she doesn't join the straight dating scene anyway. A bisexual woman's SMV only matters in the straight dating scene if she intends to join. My point is…

Straight people and the LGBT people won't date each other. It's kinda unrelated right? The attractiveness of straight people and the attractiveness of the LGBT individuals do not influence one another, because there is no mutual attraction whatsoever. The LGBT have their own community, and their own sexual marketplace that is frankly quite removed from the marketplace of straight people.

He probably wasn't rich is entire life. He probably lived a frugal life when young, and learnt to spend money wisely. He probably understands inheritance is a form of luck, and experienced previously unfriendly people doing a 180 and suddenly trying to get close to him after hearing of his inheritance. He isn't about to let some woman get it.

No way. I don't think dreaming big is bad, especially when math and science is involved. Academia is cutthroat and no nonsense, the math and science can't lie. If someone is talking overly big in the business world, it's much less believable.

How the hell did you get to that? Did you think Nikola Tesla is a neckbeard? If you think so, you probably are a basement dweller then. Don't know what you've been smoking after all that talk about math and science, but everyone in the world owes our modern comforts to this guy. That's why this guy has a statue overlooking Niagara falls while we don't.

I am not even going to refer to TRP, but why would you ever say that to begin with? I mean it's a public library, not your own personal library. It's rather expected to have weirdos around, since it's a public space. For TRP standpoint it definitely makes sense. But it doesn't make sense outside of that. I doubt you have the right to go to a public space and demand people not to look at you. AFAIK lots of people at libraries have people watching hobbies.

Isn't this the same way betas value the femininity of women, so they assume being feminine and vulnerable can get them somewhere? All those dudes who swear showing vulnerability to a woman is good for the relationship?

Well I still think I am INTJ. However I acknowledge it's weaknesses and I want to get out of it. I actually put in a lot of work to learn to be an outgoing person. There was once someone who did the test for me told me that because I tested as INTJ, I can kiss social life good bye. I was pretty irritated and I remember setting out just to prove him wrong, by putting work in. I have tested as INTJ, ENTP, ISFJ, INTP and pretty much everything, as long as I step out of my comfort zone. INTJ just me…

Good luck! But remember to take this with a grain of salt. MBTI personalities do change, and like OP said, everyone has multiple personalities to display to different people according to situation. No rigorous scientific study as actually backed up the MBTI thing. People can change, and ISTJ just represents the version of you right now. Work on your weaknesses and cultivate your strengths to become a more well rounded person.

No idea. Online tests aren't an accurate way to tell. I pretty much treat MBTI as a fandom kind of thing. People just believe this stuff even though every scientific study says MBTI is way overhyped. Just like OP says there are multiple personalities a person has, INTJ is just one side of myself I display to a specific group of people. In front of others, I hide my introverted side pretty well I think. No one who isn't extremely close to me thinks I'm an introvert at all, much less INTJ.

A bootcamp really does do the trick. I spent some time in the police force and can say bootcamps are really something. Every naive thought you had about how the world works will be shouted down by the drill sergeant calling you a fucking pussy. No matter what personality you had and what excuses you came up with for yourself, you will still face the consequences if you reported to him at 4am in your wrinkly uniform. Hope your elder had a great time.

MBTI is actually rather fun to play with, it actually does tell you what your weaknesses and strengths are. You can more precisely work on your weaknesses WHILE cultivating your strengths. But the moment you excuse yourself for your shortcomings as something that is natural with your personality type, the entire point of MBTI is lost on you. It is most certainly lost on the entire INTJ subreddit. There are no self help/improvement threads, but a ton of "If only people understood I am <insert wea…

Yes. Look up the subreddits for MBTI personality tests. People who wholeheartedly believe in the MBTI personality theory, and swear by it. An example is the INTJ personality type, supposedly scientific and logical type, introverted, bad at social interactions, but smart. Look at those people gobble that shit up. They create threads validating one another, and forgiving one another for "staying home all day after messing up my presentation last thrusday". Why? Because personality. Because that's …

I on the other hand, had it done for a medical reason. Back when I was under 10. I had infections on the tip, behind the foreskin, and it was perpetually hurting. I had to put anti bacterial cream on it daily. Eventually, the family doctor told my parents that the benefits of doing a circumcision outweigh the costs, and I should just get it done. Spent 3 days naked waist down. It's perfectly fine now. I'm not aware of any problems. Any loss of sensitivity is unknown to me because I have no basis…

I personally don't really search up words using Google unless they are some sort of internet meme/slang word. However I don't use a book either since they are quite time consuming. I use a proper dictionary app that is just as fast as Google, but less distractions and straight to the point. It doesn't require wifi either, completely offline and in my pocket whenever I go.

What are you talking about? Belittle women? Hate on women? And whose life changed after TRP? Well, meet me. I can firmly say i figured out almost the entire part about understanding women, all on my own. I only read TRP to learn about the action I need to take to better myself. Back then, I started reading broadly into psychology. After i began reading on dark triad antisocial behaviour and other mental illnesses. Naturally manipulation is part of the dark triads. Then i got to the chapter about…

I mean i get what you are talking about. But anyone can tell that it's so ridiculous. No one is a 100% strong rock. Even a real rifle fails sometimes and that is to be expected. You get one that has the lowest failure rate possible, but getting rid of any gun that has a failure rate above 0% is crazy. That's basically not being a gun owner anymore, because every gun has a chance of failing. I have a rational brain, and so does every other person on this sub. All of us can see how flawed that req…

Damn it. As a man, you can't show any weakness and have to keep this stoic persona up all the time. Which is exhausting to do for long periods of time. What's the purpose of having a girlfriend at all? I enjoy myself chilling with some dudes over a few beers and games. Yet with a woman, it's a conscious effort to keep up that image by watching what you say and do all the time. It's a waste of energy and not too enjoyable either. If you need sex, you can PUA. Or just buy sex if you want. Less str…

What if i have deleted just about every social media account I have? For no real reason, I just wanted to find out how it would feel to be without social media, besides forums like reddit. Feels good so far turning down people's requests to add me anywhere. Should I re-activate my FB account just to have "situational awareness"?

Thanks. I think i do have to give some further details. I actually chose to use the term BP just to refer to the time when i was an insecure and emotionally needy kid. How bad I was with girls shocks me now. Totally pathetic and with a fairy tale understanding of love. It gives me the creeps just thinking back. I didn't learn TRP on my own. A senior of mine decided to "impart a little wisdom/trick" before he graduated. I started by no longer feeling sorry for myself. No longer felt bad over bein…

What about being unaware of psychology? Not thinking about how every action conveys a message to a person? Naively honest body language that conveys insecurities and neediness? I'm using BP because i just thought it was a term anyone who has read TRP at some point, should understand. BP is a wrong word, I was describing my "low confidence" self in the past that is definately not very attractive.

I was a kinda orbiter around a girl back few years ago. But didn't pursue seriously because i was aware she wasn't really attractive at all, just a real plain Jane. At that time i really didn't have any other girls i could pursue so i hung out with her. Later i started to get really busy and didn't contact her much. I found out she got a boyfriend, and broke up again a year later. She almost immediately contacted me and asked me out. At that time i was pretty happy and didn't even realise she wa…

Humanity will work it out all over again, just like we have always done. We humans have lost the need to grow food for 10 hours a day working a farm, what will happen to humanity when the average person doesn't need to grow their own food? Answer, we specialise and do other things. A little more recent. Humanity has lost the need to seek companionship, entertainment and play by venturing out to meet in groups, instead the rise of TVs, home entertainment, online gaming, social media etc. keeps ev…

Why? Nah, the infamous thread on reddit which interviews rapists made it clear that rapists are ordinary people, momentarily overcome by lust and warped thoughs managing to "justify" their actions. Any ordinary man can become a rapist just by falling victim to the mental trap of lust and false justification. Combined with the fact we all know that lust falls after a man ejeculates due to hormones. We can give everyone the means to act on their fantasies, as well as ejeculate. This means that upo…
