Just kiss her. You'd feel better if you were rejected.

Men court, women select. Those are the rules. Just leave yourself open

Approach like you would anyone else, develop interests that are more relevant to what's pop culture now rather than 10 years ago

Retail Giving a fuck It costs more to fire you and train someone new than it does for the manager to just have a talk with you. I used to get numbers at work no problem. "What's your number?" is just fine.

The problem is I don't find sitting with your legs crossed sipping Bay Breezes chatting about how awful your job, friends, and town are particularly interesting. I usually have to make things interesting myself.

OK lots of people like to say things are "shit tests" when they aren't but -- alert, this is not a drill, this is a shit test. "I'm not interested in being more than friends" when you didn't even bring that up means, "I am thinking about being more than friends"

Back to basics, brother. Go back to asking questions and listening to what the girl says. It's mostly her that does the talking, your insecurities do not come into the picture. Deep breath, big chest. You got it.
/r/seduction28/09/15 02:50 PM
2

It's a wimp move. It's obvious you're trying to mac it to her if you say that. It's not fun or funny. You can say anything else in that situation because it isn't sink or swim like a critical moment. "I was just thinking how long does it take to get your hair like that every day?" "Are you doing blah blah this weekend?" etc. Ask a question about her. People like talking about themselves and after all, you were looking at her.

It works just fine. Being nice is fine in a chivalrous way. Are you being nice because you want her to like you or is it because that is how you were raised? Nothing wrong with the latter IMO. Probably not the best way to open, tho.

Spot the couple who is also on a first date and also are they getting laid. Spot the celebrity (oh hey there's bill gates, oh hey there's Rosie O'Donnell) Tell each others future. Edit- oh you probably meant ski-ball or something

I agree with the advice that guys should cast a large net and talk to a lot of girls however on this sub a lot of you take it as an excuse to label "flake" and give up easily to move on to the next one when there isn't much reason to yet. Like if she needs a little warming up it's fine.

Very social and good at meeting people/talking to girls/cold approaching I'm gonna need more info as to why you're having a problem. Are you going for it? This is college, a perfect time to make mistakes and get rejected.

Spending the night with her like... in the same room? Don't try anything. This is more likely going to happen than it isn't going to. So just put a smile on your pretty face and ask questions.
/r/seduction16/09/15 12:33 PM

Just smile. You are the 6'1" success story. There is nothing a girl under the age of 22 can do to hurt you.

I went on about a dozen okc dates and this happened once. The rest were mostly successful. Don't let this get you down. She was weird.

Really? The words sexual tension imply a bit of pacing, no? Like ease off the gas when attraction is weak and then come back strong when you've got more going in other parts of your life?
/r/seduction18/03/15 09:28 PM

If this is your first long to semi-long relationship you're not done learning about women at all. Attraction can still be worked on absolutely.

Drug user is one. Not true 100% of the time but if she's not self centered and tends to ask you about what's going on in your life she's a keeper.

Simple but specific q here: Been seeing a girl for a few weeks... she asked me what I was doing today a few days ago. Do you think she wants to hang out? The only reason I ask is because the last time we chilled I got the vibe she wasn't feeling it. Previous date was dinner with friends, Sunday. I have other girls I'm less interested in I could chill with today too. For the record they've all(4) been laid already.

David DeAngelo's "Double Your Dating" I liked this Nick Sparks guy on Youtube. I think if you asked 100 women what they wished guys did more of, at least half of them would say listen. Do less. Listen more.

There's too many factors that would allow her to get away in that scenario Imo

I thought this would be the best strategy but it's hard to maintain good confident eye contact like that. Walk up like you're talking to all of them but really focus on one before you even get there. Works best for me.

I'm finding this one hard to believe. OP didn't even mention the girl. What was she like? What did she do and what did you do to get there? This sounds like an ad.

I'm reposting my response to a similar thread: Tips to throwing a successful 50 person party: -The main idea is to keep people talking. I 100% believe most dating sites have or facilitate fake profiles of attractive people to keep people on the hook to increase activity. Every time I send a message that doesn't get a reply, the best frame of mind to keep confidence is to just write it off as a fake profile. That being said, there are attractive women on dating sites tryna find some dudes so like keep going.

A lot of it is backed up by some of the "PUA Experts" I started out by reading David DeAngelo but lately and more specifically I'm from a Nick Sparks school of thought in that it is not my role to be the performer.

Definitely get the job or get doing something interesting first I think. Females are bound to ask you what you're doing with your life and if you have nothing to show for yourself, things will fall flat guaranteed.

This confirms what I've been hearing for quite a while now: Tinder is huge in Australia. I've been reading quite a lot of success stories about Tinder, specifically in Australia. Good job, OP. Sounds like you did well out there.

Umm. Unsure what this has to do with seduction. I'm not stopping until I find a girl who is a 10 in every single way to me. That's what I want and that's what I'm going to get.

Yo it's hard for me to take you seriously about these split second interactions fucking up your life, bro. These girls are strangers, you don't know them, you don't owe them anything, you didn't miss out on anything because nothing was there. So take that little smile or moment and enjoy it. You don't have to force everything or anything. Be cool about it. Pick your spots if you have to. Approach anxiety never goes away so get used to it, and just take it easy in these situations.

It's not about what you do. It's about her and you and your conversation. Keep it simple. Picking up her 3 beers on your tab is so unimportant so just do that it's simple.

I'm going to keep it, because I don't think the message makes sense without it. I think it works because "I think you're pretty" is just 4 words out of a longer and specifically just more plain and lighthearted message. I think replacing the word pretty with "interesting" or "cool" sounds too disingenuous. Usually when I see girls receiving fake compliments in person, they detect it pretty easily and their body language reacts negatively, but when I open with "I think you're pretty and I wanted …

"It doesn't mean anything, at least not anything else than "I want to get in your pants and I say this because I figured it makes it easier"." That's the whole point. It's supposed to mean absolutely nothing except that I'm interested, and if there's even a possibility of her replying she'll want to know what the knock knock joke is. I have not met her, I am a complete stranger, so saying anything stronger than that is pretty intrusive I feel.

OP here. You've thrown out two unrelated problems here. Looking too young, and not wanting to go to bars. On bars: It's your cheapest, easiest hookup. Find a quiet place that will have nice music and like a dozen people in it at any given times. Fuck, go to the bar at Applebee's if that's what it takes. Don't get creative. You are selling a few hours of conversation between yourself and her, not anything fancy. And if you're just being an intimidated wimp about bars, just remember that most of t…

I really don't think I'm attractive at all. I haven't done an online rate my picture in a long, long, time but when I got mixed reviews, it all evened out to average looks. I have a round, Irish face and a scar under my left eye. For looks as a dude, just lift heavy, eat big, get your skin clean as hell and dress well and you'll be fine. I am 6' 2" so you may be on to something tho.

I'm turning down the talking part of the night, prepping her for what's next. I basically kill the conversation on purpose and let a couple of seconds of silence to near silence build some tension and then I kiss her. Sometimes I do a very very very soft "Yeah?" if she's still talking and she's not on the same page yet. I'm not sure how it works or how to explain it better than that, it just works.

The closest thing I do that comes to negging is just simple poking fun at trivial, unimportant things about her. I was on a date last night at an Irish pub and she mentioned how she doesn't like U2. I just stared at her for a solid 15 seconds and then said "Who are you?" and "Do you know where you are?" I'm not going to suck up to her, U2 is one of my favorite bands, she can feel uncomfortable if she doesn't like that and it won't bother me, but that whole segment of dialogue was all in good fun…

It could be any number of reasons that are just out of your control. Shit comes up in her life at work, her family, she could've ran back into her ex, she could just be busy, her friend who saw you may have said something negative about you. Best not to sweat the small stuff. If it helps, you can always soften up that text conversation before you send her "hey wanna go get lunch or something." but its completely dependent on the situation.

Being soft-spoken and blushing is one thing, falling all over yourself because of a woman being around you is what makes you an unattractive male. Keep it cool, keep it congruent.

-Introduce yourself to every girl there. -Do 5 minutes with all of them and make them laugh as much as you can. I would advise against being very outcome-dependent for a beginner. Whatever happens, you're confidence will stay up because you haven't failed any goals you've set. Make them laugh, that's your mission.

Yes, you can be upgraded to the "attractive" category after being labeled "unattractive". However, and this is important, you have to go away or leave their life and then come back months perhaps even years later for them to see the change.

Nice. Community College girls are definitely freaks. I'm no player but I'd consider some of my best hookups to be similar situations where making initial contact with a good impression leads to letting them go until months later when I run into them again. Small population suburb life.
