Read Pook and MMSLP again. I'd also suggest Models by Mark Manson. Pook talks about treating women like little girls, and he's right.

Joined Rian Stone's Patreon for some more detailed guidance and that's been helpful. Since my last post, there's a few things that have happened: 1) Took my wife on a trip to Austin, TX. This was already planned, someone flew me out to speak and she tagged along. We stayed with friend…

OYS #2 5'11, 180lbs 13% body fat (per https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/navy-body-fat). Read MMSLP, WISNIFG, NMMNG, Pook, Practical Female Psychology. Currently reading MAP, SGM, and Bang/Day Bang. Been consistently hitting the gym. Still getting through the sidebar. I've decided to move through slowly so I can work on internalizing and implementing what I learn, rather than simply acquiring more information. The more I STFU and payed attention to putting myself first, the more I realized I …

I legit just asked myself that question. Honestly I did it because I thought she wanted me to (at that time). I hadn't even thought about that till just now.

I'm 30 years old. As for how churched I am, I'm in seminary and in a position of church leadership. I square putting myself first with honoring God in a few ways. First, if I put others first, especially in terms of living in others' frames, I end up following them instead of God. So if anything, I'm putting myself first so I can actually be the guy God made me to be, not the guy all these other people want me to be. There is a call to self-denial at the heart of the Christian faith, but self-de…

I wasn't trying to convince myself. More of an observation of the gap between who I was then and who I am now. That was definitely not intended to be a flex! But yeah, that piece about even trying to be my mental point of origin falling under others' influence is real. I can feel it. Any tips from experience or mental modes that have helped you?

OYS #1 I'm 5'11, 180lbs, visible abs. Married for 8 years, 2 kids (4 and 2 years old). Working through the sidebar now. For the sake of brevity, I'll say I started dabbling in Red Pill early this year when I got the sense I wasn't being man enough in my marriage. I wasn't generating the kind of sexual response from my wife I wanted. I never have. I was never gigachad, but I went from having 3 girls claiming me from prom in HS (I'd learned some PUA stuff back then) and girls volunteering for blow…

That's probably because you can't dunk...

Lol. I was just trying to provide context. Mental point of origin needs some work for sure.

Yeah. I play basketball a pretty fair amount and enjoy being able to dunk as a guy under 6' who's 30 years old. I put on weight last year and I lost a step and my ability to dunk.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
