Don't overlook kettlebell workouts for your cardio. Kettlebells are tremendously effective and beneficial in your weight loss and strength building endeavors, and help develop the entirety of your posterior chain, improve your posture, arm development, and grip strength. 30ish minutes, and you've done a lot to improve yourself in that workout. Your forearms will be on fire at the end of a solid workout. Plus, they're not burpee levels of hating life as you're doing them.

Don't. Don't feel bad about the things you do to help you decompress and unwind and help you recharge. There's absolutely nothing wrong with watching some Netflix at the end of the day. There's nothing wrong with spending a few hours in the week fragging people in a game. It's problematic when these things consume your life. You need these moments and time in order to relax. Just don't let it become your one defining hobby or endeavor, and don't let OP or other people beat you up with it either.

For your fitness, don't be afraid of or look down upon the kettlebell. Kettlebell workouts are some of the best forms of combing cardio and strength training in to one routine. You will not come out of a solid kettlebell workout looking like Adonis. You will, however, help establish your baseline fitness, develop your arms and grip strength, your posterior chain, and perhaps most importantly, an ass. Women enjoy seeing developed arms. Men enjoy meeting another man and shaking their hand. Having …

Many other comments have brought up the 'V-Day is just some excuse to make men buy things, rah rah bullshit. It isn't. It's about celebrating your partner. Shit is a two way street. Men and women alike have to find ways to remember why they chose each other to be with. It's super easy to take someone for granted. It isn't a bad thing there's a day on the calendar to remind you not to.

There's some dumb shit in this post. First of all, Valentine's Day is what you make of it. If you feel like you need to spend a bunch of money in order to make a woman feel more affectionate towards you, then you're the problem in this equation. There's so much shit you can do to display the feelings you have towards a partner that involves literally not spending a dime. If you associate Valentine's Day with dropping tons of cash on someone, again, you are the problem. Likewise, if a woman expec…

I cannot will not go back. We all made a choice for one reason or another to be here, to subscribe to this philosophy and to incorporate it in to our lives. I won't give back something that has made me better and feel happier than I ever was before.
