Getting f*cked over in divorce.
Losing your house, money, kids, assets, having to pay alimony and child maintenance (for kids that may not even be yours) etc.

Finding out you are an "abuser" and a "pedophile" so she can get you tossed out of the marital home, thus giving her a better chance of keeping it, then getting to pay 40% of your gross in alimony and child support - which she will have zero accountability on - to an ex-wife who will fuck other guys and teach your kids to hate you.

The legal system in the U.S. is so biased towards women that getting an equitable divorce is near zero. The 'Silver Bullet' in most divorces is the woman claiming abuse.
A report on Salcido’s mea culpa described what happened: “From the moment she arrived in family court as a new judge, she says, she was advised by veterans of the system to disbelieve accusations of child or spousal abuse arising in divorces. ‘I was basically told to be suspect of anyone claiming abuse,’ she says. ‘I had senior judges telling me, “Be suspect. The dad probably has a new girlfriend, and the mom’s upset.”’ The concept of parental alienation, she says, arose in private discussions ‘all the time’ among court officials who espoused it.”
Also, "in the best interest of the children.' is pretty much judicial code for 'There isn't a legal precedent for this, but we are going to shaft dad with a shitty situation, and hide behind the kids.'

Did you actually read the link? They are actually saying that the mother making the accusation is almost always right.
