Hate that the titled it the way they did. This movie wasn't Red Pill. It was beta boys whining about how hard it is to be a man. It's a blueprint on how to fail shit tests.

Just to get yourself through the door, you might try out some kratom and/or phenibut to ease your social anxieties. Keep in mind, you don't want stuff like that to become a crutch, so it really should only be used to break through that virgin mental block that you seem to have.

Guys are typically pretty good about not slut shaming, because, duh.. we want to get laid. Women are doing the vast majority of it. Having said that, we're all just less likely to commit to a "slut", and because of that, it's not whether or not we outright "shame" them for it, there are negative effects to be a slt by nature... you'll be less attractive for anything long term. Women are typically more attracted to dudes that have gotten around which just adds to the naturally-occuring double sta…

The more I look at PUA stuff, the more I realize that it's mostly garbage. I think it's true that the only way to actually improve your "game" is to literally just become a more confident, attractive man in general. PUA's fake being alphas, but that will never trump actually becoming alpha.

The way you brought a perfectly legitimate movement of speaking out about sexual harassment There was unquestionably some good that occured because of #MeToo, but if you can't see what damage it's done at the same time, you have very selective vision. It's opened the doors to calling out sexual harassment, but it didn't specify whether or not that harassment had to be legitimate. There's been a huge uptick in crying wolf, which ultimately hurts real victims.

Okay, so change the word, "invested" to "over-invested". Would you care if a $5 investment goes belly-up? No, you're treating this investment like it's worth much more than it is. I know what my biggest fear is - living being cheated on and not knowing it. I get that feeling, but like I said in my first comment: I think I got to a place where I realized it doesn't really reflect on me if my girl decided to cheat. I think my paranoia was coming from a place of pride. Like, only weak men get che…

Seems like sunk cost to keep spending time with a person if they cheated on you, so wouldn’t snooping make sense? I think the RP answer would be that you shouldn't ever be so invested in a girl that you care whether you catch the "sunk cost" right away, or after a bit of time. You have too much other shit going on. You can cut the loss at a moment's notice, so spending the extra time and energy trying to catch her cheating is silly.

It's interesting to me that your paranoia is making you want to hurt other dudes because I've had similar paranoia with my LTR early on (it was at the beginning of my RP journey, and all I was seeing was a constant bombardment of horror stories on this sub). I also cycle, and I've definitely notice I get an uptick in my paranoia while on cycle. Be yourself, the more scripts and guidelines you follow - the less impressive will you look among the mass of thirsty sharks. "Be yourself" is only good advice if you think you naturally do most of the things that the OP mentioned. The problem with that is men grow up with TV and movies teaching us to be "nice guys". So, what we think is "being ourselves", is really being fake, we just don't realize it. You make a good point that following these rules like a script is also not the way to go. The…

This is always a tough question for people because I look back at my life while I was playing vidya 8 hours a day, and I always thought I was pretty happy and content. It wasn't until I started hitting the gym consistently and going out to meet women on the weekends that I realized how much I was missing out on. I felt "happy" before, but when I look back on it, I was actually somewhat depressed. It's hard to know if you're happy or not without getting a taste of the other side.

Your article doesn't say that men want more sex than women. It says the differences between what men and women increases when society becomes more equal (i.e. - when the "patriarchy" and "gender roles" are dismantled). Yeah, it doesn't go into the subject of wanting sex, specifically, but the article flies in the face of the broader point you were attempting to make ...that we can make men and women more similar by making society more equal. Also, the subject of the OP wasn't about "wanting" sex…

I speak out on it, because your last line has been debunked: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/patriarchy-paradox-how-equality-reinforces-stereotypes-96cx2bsrp I think we need to give up on the idea that the differences between men and women are a bad thing. So, men and women want different things. It stands to reason becauses men and women are just fundamentally very different. The more we try to brute-force sameness, the more damage we do.

Women are the gatekeepers for sex, and men are the gatekeepers for investment (some like to say commitment, but I think investment works better). Validation = gaining a man's investment (time, attention, etc.). You also notice this when you look at what the least sexually successful of each gender find themselves complaining about: Men complain that they give a woman investment without getting sex back as a reward. Women complain that they give sex to a man without receiving investment back as a…

I had to do a check on what sub I was on because I was shocked this wasn't downvoted to the bottom. Yeah, I think girls that claim they "don't want kids", only don't want kids right now, or they know no guys want to have kids with them anytime soon, and they're playing the odds or just lying to themselves. It's against all of a woman's biology to not want to have kids. It would be like if a dude said he didn't want to make money.

Yeah that whole thing looked kind of contrived. You're telling me there's a linear progression at every 10 lbs? You're not going to notice a sizable change in who you attract between 155 and 165, let's be real. At least at 155, you look like a coked out rock star. Ditto this. 4 and 5 are fine, but 3 and 1 are definite no-go's with 2 being an ehhhh... probably not. It's usually considered a no-no to kiss if you plan to smash (unless you have her back at the house, obviously). Couple different reasons: 1. It can trigger her anti-slut defense and 2. You don't know where that girl's mouth has been.

If you're referring to the wolves thing, that only debunked the idea that humans have strict alpha/beta hierarchies. That is a common misconception, and no one that knows anything about the subject ever suggested that was true anyway. Kind of a strawman thing to debunk. I mean, I can debunk that right now. Name me one man that owns every room he's in? That man doesn't exist because you're never going to be an authority on everything. I don't know how you debunk the concept of "alpha" as in "the …

These posts always crack me up. It's not that guys don't want to date you, it's that you don't want to date the kind of guys that want to date you. You probably have an inflated view of yourself. I see this a lot lately with women because of Tinder. Girls think they're an 8 just because 8's are swiping right on them. Guys will fuck just about anything. The measure of your true value is in what kind of guys are willing to date/commit to you. You see the inverse of this happening with men. Men get…

I didn't see much wrong with that. That dude looks like an incel loser. He's the antithesis of what TRP stands for: Fat, unkempt, angry at things he can't control and therefore utterly lacking frame. He definitely looks like a cuck.

It could be any number of things. Maybe something along the lines of her boyfriend finding her account, she was drunk when she matched and regretted it, etc. There's no telling. Women are weird and borderline sociopathic when it comes to dating. Just accept that losses are a big part of the game, not necessarily your fault, and move on. NBD.

Not only that, but there's a natural respect beyond just being intimidated. Everyone respects a dude that lifts. It means he's probably a high value guy in general. Plus, boosting testosterone through lifting heavy will raise your test levels which will naturally make you more confident.

He also mentioned that we're likely to help weak men, and allow them in our tribes as long as they aren't ...I can't remember the phrase he used, but something along the lines of "flamboyantly disconnected", which meant that we'll accept them as long as they don't reject the fact that strength is important. Because you're probably bad at judging dudes' SMV. Girls date up. Always. We spread our seed as far and wide as possible with a preference for a higher SMV, but girls hold out for a dude well above her SMV. They have filters biologically implanted into the eye sockets that don't allow them to recognize guys with lower SMV than them as fuckable. Edit: Also, there's a lot of times where girls are into some particular field, and if a guy is proficient in said field, she'll rate his SMV much higher …

although i know from personal experience that this is not true. When talking about SMV, which is what we're talking about when we refer to men as alpha or beta, physical beauty is the only measure for women. Other than that, to take control of their group like you would expect a dude to do... they just apply men's alpha-beta techniques because that's what works for men and women alike. This is only taught to men because being in control of a group is what increases our SMV, not women's.

Your friends group sounds very effeminate. The beauty of male friend groups is that you don't have to deal with the drama of offending each other to the point that you aren't talking to each other for an extended amount of time. Every woman gets some while most men go hungry. I take issue with this, because I feel like it's the biggest injustice I have ever been hit by in my life. I've gone through horrible things in my life, and I am the one that needs to improve? Think about it like this: Men are blessed with the need to earn what they get. Earning what you get is infinitely more satisfying than getting things for free. This is a big reason why women are never happy, and pop SSRIs like they're candy. On top of that, w…

Talking to a doctor is usually a good idea. If you finally determine that your T is just low, going on TRT isn't the worst thing in the world. Guys seem scared of it, but if your T is that low, it's better to feel like the man you were meant to be than... however you must feel right now. Plus, the gym results are killer. I never checked my T levels, but I can almost guarantee mine was low my whole life also. I started injecting test myself (not with a doctor, not recommending this), and it made …

I know guys and girls that definitely fall asleep on shit they really want/need to do. I'd just brush it off, schedule another date, and if she flakes again, move on.

They shit test a lot harsher. It's like they think you're just fucking with them or you're after something specific.

Height gets so overrated. I know short dudes that I always assumed were taller than me, and I know dudes taller than me that I've always assumed were actually shorter than me. Girls sense it the same way too. Height is often an attitude more than a physical measurement.

Was searching for a "Don't shit where you eat" post. Yeah, the kid's 17/18. Nothing matters at that age yet. "DSWYE" is for people with careers to lose.

It's more awkward if you send a request and she denies it for seemingly no reason at all. Just ask in a playful, unaffected way.

I think there is definitely some truth to the whole you can gain too much muscle, but it is extraordinarily unlikely and would be an impressive feat. Unless you're a career bodybuilder, and on insane amounts of gear, you won't ever have to worry about putting on too much muscle.

Yeah, it kind of sounds like he could just ask her if there's a reason why she won't accept the request. Probably overthinking this one.

Idk much about fish, but women give horribly bad advice for dating. Woman give advice about what they want to want from men, not what they actually want.

This isn't just a girl thing. I had a chick tell me that I need to smile more also, and it pissed me off too. I was nice about, but it still pissed me off. People don't like being told to force their emotions to suit other people.

Have hobbies (Even tho i go to EDM clubs, theme parks, work on cars, study math and physics, am into video games, have made video games, and am starting to give talks at AI meetups) First point of action: stop playing video games. 80/20 rule. I used to play Halo, COD, Destiny, etc. 8ish hours a day, and as soon as I quit that (all of it, cold turkey), everything else in my life became infinitely easier overnight. People love to throw out the statement: "everything's fine in moderation". Yeah, ea…

I’d obviously love to fuck her again Then do it. Just keep it on your terms. I don't think it's a good idea to avoid a woman because you're scared you'll catch oneitis. You'll be avoiding every hot girl for the rest of your life.

I think the pic implies the dude has game either way. Women don't acknowledge dudes without game. So, when they talk about "men" they're talking about dudes they'd be interested in - i.e. dudes with game. In that case, a dude with game and humor wins over a dude with game and looks. I think that's actually probably pretty accurate. I've always thought it was funny that women say men are the ones that treat women like sexual objects. Go up to a woman with little confidence/game, and see how quick…

Looks get you in the door, but game seals the deal. I promise you that your friend is doing things that you're not picking up on. A lot of guys I know that seem really shy are actually just introverted, and they know how to speak to people 1 on 1 really well. People confuse confidence with extroversion and lack of confidence with introversion all the time, and it seems like you may be also.

Lack of game takes a guy whose an 8 physically and turns him into a 6. No, lack of game turns you into a 0.

None of these things should bother you because it should be made clear beforehand that extra guys are a no-go. Also, if she's introducing this, it's already in her head. Anyway, if those things were a problem, the problem is already there. Just do it, and have fun.

I always thought it was ironic that women claim there exists this "patriarchy" where men band together to hold women back. Look around you. Men are consistently voting against the rights of their fellow men, and in favor of women. It's fundamentally against a man's nature to conspire with another man against a woman. Think about it, have you EVER seen this happen? Men actually only know how to fight each other for the favor of women. We do this to ourselves, and women are happy to accept our off…

Women that abandon their children also have to pay child support. Yeah, but they have the option of abortion. Now we've come back around full circle. The point is, men need to have a similar out. Otherwise, the law only favors women.

What's disheartening about it? I've noticed women tend to develop this mindset that when they get a guy that's an 8 or so, they think, "Wow, I guess I'm an 8 afterall." Nah, you're still a 4. Guys will fuck literally anything. lol. Guys spread their shit out far and wide, women are the ones constantly trying to swing upwards.

Coincidentally I also like fucking women in the ass probably more than the vagina. Women have a more appealing shape. With men it's the dominant side of me enjoys being the top male, I treat them like the girls they wish they were. I relate to that, but not in a sexual way.

I wouldn't want to be famous because I like my anonymity. Also, famous people need to have game if they want to keep women interested just like anyone else. Otherwise, the only way women are sticking around is to eat up all your money and ride in the wake of your fame.

It's why I said ideally you dont make them hate you in the first place. Well, no shit, but some people hate you for things you'd never expect.

That's true, but it's akin to saying, "If you're really the best athlete, you shouldn't have to practise." It's a negative mindset, you should always be maximizing your abilities/chances. Yeah, maybe you're good enough to win her over without her friends' approval, but you're going to miss out on a lot of opportunities if you expect every girl to shun her friends for you.

You're not suppose to care/give a shit about things out of your control. The whole point is that it can be under your control with the right technique. Focus on the pretty girl, you arent obligated to like her friends The girl needs her friends' approval, it's not about you needing approval.

It's "benevolent" when they can directly extract benefit from it and "toxic" when they can't. They still want men's assistance, but only on their terms. Sounds like they want their cake and to eat it too. Don't listen to their words (or read their articles), watch their actions.

Women are the absolute worst at giving advice about picking up women because they 1) don't want guys that don't already know how to do it to know what to do and 2) tend to not really have a clue what they're actually attracted to on a primal level. Women give advice based on what they're looking for in a provider, not the guy they're going to sleep with.
