Only time you should be spending money on fixing your face is if it affects your health or if you have scars/birthmarks. Spending hard earned money to fuck your face up to impress women is mental illness and insecurity. All the weeks and months healing from the surgery could of been used to Workout/focus on career and business and improving yourself mentally.
