Ok great! Like, I know what I want and what type of girl I want but don't know how to become that guy. But I used to think that looks, and all that stuff mattered but they don't. A friend of mine who is ugly (seriously is) is dating a really hot girl (my type) so I'm kinda jealous of him. I have goals in life and a vision.

How can I love myself when I am not who I want to be? Or even get results with the women I want? There has been a time when my life was great and I loved myself but I still was in a dry spell and just did bad with women.

I hit rock bottom cause everything is going wrong in my life and don't have the motivation to change it. I struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life and this year (because of outside circumstances) triggered it 100%. I do now what I want in life, I have a plan, but things keep me messing it up. But what I want to accomplish is being great with attracting beautiful women but I feel like it's not a reality for me at the moment. I'm stuck. I'm struggling man ha.

I want to change for myself and my own happiness. Happiness for me is being happy with myself and that happens by accomplishing my own goals, loving who I am inside and out, and of course relationships. This year has been the shittiest hardest year for me and I hit rock bottom. Doubting my own value and thinking I'm not good enough for what I desire is what got me feeling this way. If today a beautiful girl didn't reject me and ended up successfully then I would feel tons better.

How can I see it that way? Or see ME in that way?

Yeah true. That's all I want is a girl I'm really attracted to and connects with me.

Yeah definitely! I've done that and yeah there are things that makes me feel worthy, but I had no successes yet so my mind is confused.

True. I am the happiest when I am happy with myself.

Yeah that's true. I am in my head cause I keep thinking "ok what else can I say" cause my end goal is to pick up the girl. But that's how it messes things up. Idk if you dealt with this but in my head when I talk to her I have the feeling of "am I enough?" And that causes me to be not myself a bit. How can I get over that "I am not enough" belief?

I need to write it down, but what I noticed is that I sometimes get awkward and "try hard". Basically not being my natural best self because I am nervous. I am able to get numbers easily but that's it. There was this one time this really attractive girl texted me because she saw a picture of me that my friend showed her. But then she told my friend that I was boring as hell, but it was texting so idk how to be "fun" over texting. So maybe I don't know how to properly tease/pull a girl?

I'm sorry man, but I know the feeling. I had depression to the point where I felt like that because I kept failing. It's not the failures per say that makes me feel down, but thinking that there's something wrong with ME. Have you gotten help tho?

Eh yeah I guess so. It's the whole "other people could have it worse" type of thinking, but how old are you? And why do you think you haven't had any success?

Yeah I am. I don't have a wingman and don't know where to look for one. But I'm in the process of looking! An with being discouraged I guess you're right that pickup is a skill, but right now I'm feeling pretty low and want to regain my confidence back. Is it really possible that I can be with someone I truly want?

I had friends who were girls that says that I "try hard" and act arrogant around girls I find attractive.

Maybe. That's the thing though. I've been trying to figure out what my problem is but no luck yet. I wish I had someone that could show me what I'm doing wrong. I have a friend who is a natural and he told me that his secret is to be carefree and super confident/arrogant, and he gets laid weekly lol

Yeah I am very sociable and able to make friends easily. I have a lot of guy friends and they are the popular/attractive type too. I have a sales job and making good money, but my passion or dream job is being a filmmaker so I make films. I am the creative artistic type so that's my area of talent but I am also building my business with some buddies of mine. I am funny from what I heard, I am smart and going to school getting my degree. But I'm really ambitious and success oriented. Plus I also …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
