I think IDGAF is more like not caring what other people think of you and actually do what you want regardless what anybody thinks. So in essence, it is the same thing that you are talking about. It is just a misunderstanding, that many people make.

This exactly describes me. I do not like following these people around and engaging in some activities, I really dont give a fuck about, just to say I have friends, and then I ask myself why should I be the leader of some kind of group like that. Thanks for your answer. Yeah I actually do that with the messaging, just ignore them but I feel like they are too worried to contact me again. I think none of them really did afterwards, except one maybe. Yeah I probably have to lower my standards a bit.

I am 17 and have stopped watching TV 2 years ago. I only use Facebook for chatting with people and have and add-on that deactivates the News feed. I do not do drugs and quit alcohol because I wasn´t getting anything out of it. All of the guys I know always spent there time watching TV and playing video games. I guess I have been in for the past year, especially now that I have holidays, I sleep 9 hours everyday, normally 8 hours. A habit that I have adapted to in order to make gains, and it pays off, not just with increased muscle!

I agree with you, FB is a huge timewaster but the chatting etc can be useful. I found a very good plug-in for google chrome and firefox which deactivates your Newsfeed and is very usefull. My ex always mocked me for my naturally small ecto legs, which where smaller than hers ( she was not fat) even though I did squats and deads. Now I have crazy legs and girls are miring, trust me.

Well, I lift already and I am getting stronger everyday, I also eat well and I am doing all the other things, but I do not want to be her push over and do all the work for her. Also my parents don´t believe me and in the end the whole family is against me. I have a feeling of this being because a) I am the youngest and they think that they can do whatever the fuck they want and b) they see how I am improving myself while they are still staying the same with their boring lifes.
