A month ago I made a date with that girl. I was making the plans (time and place) and did not text unnecessary stuff. She bailed the first time, but immediatly rescheduled. Than next week she just did not show up. I waited but when it was clear that she would not come, I would just go on about my day, I didn´t even text her after this and since then, I did not really care and stress about it. Now yesterday, there was this big social event in our town. I went there dressed really well and just had fun. Suddenly she comes runnig towards me and hugged me really tight. I did not see her. Than I was like " Hey wait a moment, did you forget that you did not show up to our date last time." And then she was shocked and said many things like: "Woah, you did not give me the adress"

"I gave you the adress, I am sure."

" Well I forgot, but you forgot too!"

" No I didn´t."

"Yes you did, otherwise you would have texted me or something."

"No, I just waited a couple of minutes and when you didn´t show up, I was going on with my day."

Than she was all like, well we have to do it again, I am so sorry blah blah .. I actually do not remember what she said and than there were her girlfriends staying there trying to drag her away towards themselfs and after a little bit resistance she said bye and went. After this I moved on and was just having fun the night, socializing and dancing with other chicks. I still ask myself "How could I have handled this situation better?" and what I should do next. Should I contact her or is it a waste of time, because she was just being polite or did she realise that I wasn´t like the other guys because I really did not care, when she stood me up?
