I actually lost weight and got really fit when I was smoking every day, but that's because I'm an alcoholic. So lifting every day and eating a fuckload even if it was too much, led to great gains. Interesting, I guess I was going off just what society says and didn't validate the numbers. I was thinking like when there's an appointment or a sports event for the kid and one parent has work things are just easier to manage or like sleeping duties when it's a baby.

I feel like this is the reason dating women for 3-6 months is perfect. It keeps them trying to please you since nothing is guaranteed, so no weight gain. And it generally takes 3 months for them to ask to be "exclusive", can pretty much delay that until they dip. Just look up pheromones. Animals secrete them and smelling them causes attraction. I'm not a scientist but that's like a proven fact. However, I don't know if the "alpha" scent has any truth to it. I doubt that, it's 99% confidence and body language which anyone can learn.
