I wouldn't do that. They do love their mother very much. I'm 99% sure she would never do anything abusive to them. She just isn't use to being around them as much as I am.

Yeah, I take them to all their doctor's appointments. I'll contact the office and see if I can get copies of the papers that I sign each time.

I've suspected that. I never wanted to leave my job and stay at home but I felt it was the right thing for the kids and I didn't think it was fair for her to leave her job when she was doing so good.

I was waiting for her to apologize but she never did. I will look at lawyers in my area. I am nervous to start anything. I felt like the relationship was over before she hit me, because of the way she has been treating me.
