Thanks bro appreciate the advice. The program im doing is called 'ShredByCrom' im planning on doing that 5x a week - which is doable. The other days I was going to do biking, swimming or walking. I havent started counting calories but I stay aware of what I am eating and notice that it is usually 1500-1750 a day now. My goal its to avg 3lbs a week and get in the habit of making this my lifestylep

Thanks for this reminder! There was a professor I had who was the fucking man, told me this. He also said that if you have a plate the best way to keep her indefinitely is to create a relationship where you create inconsistency so long as you are the one in control of it. I actually tried that and it worked but was fucking exhausting.

Anytime man feel free to PM if you need more advice. Im not much older than you but I can tell you one thing: this is going to sting a little. BUT you are going to be a better person for it. You will create a suit of armour and build character.. your posts is such a bittersweet reminder of how I once was.. So trust your gut and joining a local boxing gym by the time you're my age you will have the body of a greek god and the discipline beyond your wildest imagination. I do not know a single boxe…

One of the best things I have read on here is that there is no such thing as being strictly alpha/beta. So, short of being arrogant I would like to think im 80/20 alpha:beta. But have control over the aspects that are beta. So my approach was a conscious effort to appear beta - I know that I 'look alpha' every girl I have been with always goes on and on about how they originally thought I was this jerk or player. Could you possibly explain alittle more about not showing experience? I think I kno…

Gracias senor - thanks for breaking this down for me. I will do my best to avoid wasting mental energy on this and just see where this goes. I have a couple plates on my table so I will be fine but I defintely need to rewatch the oneitis video to help me take her off this pedestal I keep placing her on.

Fuck this bitch - as others have stated you would have to be really naive to believe nothing is going on. Maybe she didnt cheat, maybe. Is this worth talking to her about? No. Next her or plate her whatever you feel more comfortable doing although my advice is to use the former approach. Why? Well at 19 your more likely than not to be emotionally immature and keeping her around will be toxic for you. What is good for you is setting boundaries and sticking to them imo this isnt even a question. I…

I would suggest you get a meditation app that promotes mindfulness. A lot of problems modern society faces is really a form of escapism. What I mean by that is that when you dont believe your going to be successful you question your faith in the future and in yourself. You can conquer this by setting goals and sticking to them. As you cross them off your list you gain self esteem and the more you mark off the more results you will see in real life. For myself, intelligence was also a large part …

Theres a book.. I forgot the title but its something about friends and influence. You sound sort of unsure of yourself. Theres a ted talk about faking it till you make it.. you should give it a watch. Ill save you alot of money in therapy costs and cut to the chase, you have a trust problem. You dont trust yourself for the future! You dont trust in life. But its fine happens to alot of people. Heres what to do. Take care of your body and mind sleep 7-9 hours depending on your age strict diet exc…
