Depend on the country/state and the local law. In many countries, rape is defined as an explicitly male-on-female crime, so women can't be charged for rape. I was talking about Middle school and High school, I think colleges are a lot better separated from the instructor-bias. I wish there was a country which gave citizens(not corporations) the right to 'determine' where their tax dollars(or atleast some % of it, like 75%,80%) will go - which is a actually a form of democracy.
