Tim Scott did that in 45’s term AFAIK along with making CS deductible by the recipient and not the payer (never married, but I had to come with the facts).

And the Tennessee teacher tried to contact her alleged victim again (using innocent until proven guilty terms)… As a trans woman- it doesn’t matter what gender a defendant is, a crazy defendant is going to go crazy. Something is off with the screws in this defendants head. She should never be working with minors again- because she could harm another one.

That’s insane…people who will shame someone for attraction that is towards someone of legal age and a mentally able to consent adult are typically on power trips. A predator is someone who goes after someone who is underage and they know the person is underage and/or someone who can’t consent (or forces themselves without consent). Because I am childfree, a kid is a dealbreaker and wanting kids is another dealbreaker.

1) The whole criminal justice system and laws for sex offenses in general, especially because of how males are more harshly affected. The non-criminal accusations would fall under this category too. 2) Lack of reproductive rights. 3) Family Court Bias (ex. custody, child support, alimony, etc.). 4) Demographic based treatment. 5) How gender roles are so strict to where an extremely feminine male could get ostracized and stereotyped with other men. I wouldn’t call myself an MRA or a feminist, but…

I’m shocked that she got that much time. The sex offender registry will be WORSE for her than prison.

They would possibly be facing life without parole.

I hate how men and women defendants are treated differently in the courts and by the media. They don’t try to make you feel sorry for a male defendant.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
