According to the most recent numbers published by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), 93.2 percent of the approximately 185,500 federal inmates are men, and only 6.8 percent are women. The first time he was reluctant and the second time the friend said no to looking out but the teacher continued the sex act in front of him. Rape, indecent exposure to a minor, psychological trauma, and possible depression to the victim.
