IMO it is the perfect pace for this precious gem of artistic design and story writing. Most of the movie is perfectly paced to show off the amazing scenarios, put intrigue and suspense in a Story that you must watch closely from start to end to understand, explain the lore of the universe, and also leaves some good Easter eggs here and there.
