I've spent 8 months addicted and obsessed with a Co-worker who has a boyfriend. I played my cards right and she's basically mine now. My advice to you is get talking straight away outside of work aka phone or Facebook and come out and say what you want. Waiting months is never good for the health. Fuck all that..I'v been in that situation..you've shown that you can get other girls to her and your not a complete orbiter and willing to leave them on a night out so show some interest next time and go for her instead, she's probably wanting you to make a move.

I think over the past 4 or 5 months I fell into this habit :( I was going out every weekend taking risks and scored at least on my terms with a few girls..now I'v been going out alot recently even though I can barely afford it and haven't closed a girl once..yeah I'v had signs and can tell when girls like me but somehow I just lost my balls to do anything about it :/ well not this weekend, fuck that its time to leave the comfort zone of failure and get out into the successes again.

Over the last 4 or 5 months, I'v beem trying to get better and find myself. Im only 18 so I have alot to learn..my experience so far is once you get out of your head and just go for it things get alot better and you naturally gain confidence and the will to make things happen with girls. Its a state of mind that you have to unlock so you can tap into it when your put in certain situations.
