To add to this, she is to be your helpmate. Having a deep loving relationship with your wife is not oneitis. My wife is the only girl I want by my side and I wouldn't settle for anything else. The point being, is that you choose her because you want her, not because she is the only girl for you and if its not her it will be no-one.

TLDR: Its fine if it bothers you that she is doing this. It would bother me too. If you want her to not do it, take control of the situation and put it in your frame. Curious. Does the thought of having sex sound like work to your wife? I can make my wife orgasm better than the toys ever can, but somehow the idea of it is often "Yeah thats too much work right now." She knows it will take effort to go from 0-10 turned on and she would rather read a book. She is exhausted from chasing our todd…

In regards to your spiritual situation, I have been there many times. Its always a logical/scientific question for me. Here is how the cycle works for me: Is the universe random and chaotic or does it have order? Evidence shows me order. If the universe has order, did it come by chance or by design? Evidence points to design. If the universe is designed, how do we determine the designer? Explore all known possibilities. Of all the known potential designers, which one makes the most sense? This q…

OYS – 10/10/2018 EDIT: Bodyfat Percentage = 18% Background / Stats: 31 years old, 5’11”, 190 lbs. 18% BF. Its funny, as I was reading the part about your mother and wife not getting along, a thought popped into my head "Sounds like the kids aren't getting along again". Purhaps amused mastery is in order. Look I could be totally out to lunch, but maybe this whole thing is bothering you more than it should. Should be more like, "Now you two behave while I'm gone or else." Its not an easy situation you are in. My wifes Grandma recently went senile and in so many ways it crippled her parents relationshi…

Hi Crunchy. You seem to be entirely new (based on your language and writings ) so here you go. I would like to suggest a step by step guide for newbs to get you through your first couple months. The first thing you have to decide is, why are you here? Are you here cause you want advice that you have no intention of taking? Are you here because you have this one situation that is bothering you and you want an easy answer? Or are you here because you really are tired of this being your life and yo…

I have some friends that are girls. What I don't do, is spend time alone with them, ever. Even before I was married, it was a no go zone. Best to hang out in groups and stuff. I know this doesn't directly handle your question, but it is something worth considering in your interactions with girls. The exception of course was when I started dating my best friend who became my wife eventually.

Edit: Wrote the wrong name. I am as right as it gets, and was very hopeful for a Kavanaugh appointment, but I honestly can't believe him. If he is innocent though and this is all an extravagant witchhunt... God help us all if this is the length people are willing to stoop to to protect their abortion rights. I feel bad for "The swing vote guy" to be honest.

You know, maybe you are right and I have been overestimating how good I look. Trying to gain ground with game when really, I should just keep focusing on leaning out and upping the physical attraction. Thanks for the perspective Chuck.

I have done a couple, actually you commented on one lol. Yeah. I wish I could say that the pregnancy was the reason for the low sex drive, but its not like we were really engaged prior to the pregnancy. Lazyness on my part regardless. Thanks for the encouragement.

"Diet: Hard IF diet with a focus on protein when I do eat, minimal sugars/carbs. Its working great for me." Do you find that going low on carbs affects your energy and lifts? It's the main reason I haven't switched over, because I feel drained when I don't get enough carbs. When I first started fasting yes. Once my body adjusted and got used to it, I find very little difference now. My lifts aren't as strong when I am fasting hard, but when you train your body to live on fat instead of raw sugar…

That is very interesting. It took a lot of years for my wife to understand and respect that part of me. She saw my desire for sex even if she didn't want it as selfish. It took marriage courses and stuff for her to accept it and see it as a normal masculine thing and not just childish. To be fair, the way I acted about it was childish and very blue pill at the time, and I created more problems than I solved by having "expectations". Thanks for the feedback.

Damn Chuck, your lifts are solid. I just wanted to add some 2 cents regarding the kiddo and wife scenario.I used to fight, argue with my Step Mom and she genuinely thought I hated her/had no respect for her ( lived with this family until I was 14). I was a disrespectful jerk to her, and my Dad didn't teach my to OYS and deal with my anger on my own. I also didn't understand the effect it was having on her. Truth is, I loved her like my own mother and was devastated when my dad and her divorced. …

Here's why I lift weights: -Committing to doing something challenging and regular that has real world visual results. Teaches you to be disciplined and to overcome challenges. -Physical fitness and improved quality of life. I can go out and do more adventuring fit than fat. -Physical Attraction is an important part of the equation if you have a desire to be sexual with your wife. Tonnes of reasons to lift.

If you want to find a girl I would suggest looking for the attractive ones flying under the radar who don't know they are attractive and go for the shy ones. They tend to not like the party scene. Head to your local Christian Book Store. There is definitely some truth to this.

Lift with your bros: I am the oldest male in my usual circle of friends, and we lift together. We also attend a weekly life group ( or home group) together which includes some women. Being the oldest, and the only one married for 9 years, they naturally seek my advice and I usually give it freely. Lifting together gives room for Masculine discussion. Learn when to just listen, and learn when to steer a brother back on course.

Thanks! Appreciate the feedback. I think a big part of the first half of my write up is because I see many men, and Christian men eve, that seem to not understand that Active Dread and Passive Dread are not the same thing, and its easy for Noobs to get confused. Sounds like a case of AWALT Almost sounds like a case of Sin to me. Its not about AWALT. All people, women or men, when faced with the Sin of the Flesh, have to choose life or death. All women desire a more attractive man. Just like men desire a more attractive woman. Temptation to sin should not be taken lightly, and I have seen just as many Men cheat and regret it as women. Not all people will act on this and commit adultery, Men or Women. Husband and wife need to guard themselves from temptat…

Glad to meet you friend. I think you will find a natural tendency to put on weight once you start lifting heavy and eating adequately. I know you are light, but do you have any idea what your BF% is?

Yes I know them. Am I living them? Not well, if I am honest with myself. What has God spoken to me personally and put on my heart for my life is this: James 1:27 27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. God has called me personally to be actively involved in physical and spiritual care of Orphans and Widows. Practically, that means through the use of my finances …

Honestly, my mission is pretty straight forward. To become the Man God has called me to be, and I honestly think that means aiming for a perfect score in all three OYS Categories. I will talk maybe in the future more specifically what God has called me to do in my end game, but I am always working towards it. God actually spoke pretty clearly to me that, right now, I am to STFU and become a Master Servant. This means serving my family, my church, and becoming disciplined. When I say serving, I q…

I am late to the party but going to make some suggestions myself. Firstly, in your actions with Guy number 1, I get the impression that you are feeling bullied etc. I think its good that you are standing up for yourself, especially if you have a history of just following others even if you don't want to ( like I used to). I would like to see a lot more attitude of kindness or even amusement. Laugh it off. Like, others say, you care way too much, and I know that coming out of living a BP life, it…

I mean, sounds to me like Guy number 1 is making covert contracts and being nice and getting pissy when people don't fall in line. IE getting upset because OP decides he is going to bounce and make his own plans. "I gave you a ride, never again.." Doesn't sound very alpha to me. Sounds more like hes being Mr Nice Guy.

Its honestly a very well written guide, and I have actively worked on this, but not nearly enough. For me, it hasn't been as much physical disgust, but the result remains. Sex is Pain. Sex equals frustration. I'm going to focus on this a lot more. Thanks for bringing it up!

I partly read No More Mr. Nice guy. I need to go back and read it right through. I learnt so much about my covert contract nature and for the most part killed it. Let me tell you my friend, the following on her part did not come easy, and not all at once. I had so much push back that at times I questioned if my marriage would stand through it. The changes I was making, they scared her. I was doing all this to attract another woman in her mind. The Fitness tests and comfort tests came in like a f…

" Nora shared with my wife that she had never had an orgasm in her life " This is the product of a don't ask don't tell culture around sex. I have heard this so many times it makes me sick. How do we not teach our boys and about the basic anatomy of a woman and how to get the job done like men. I shouldn't have had to learn how give my wife mind blowing orgasms from the interwebs.

Ok I see what you are saying. My point isn't that a man shouldn't help his wife do something that is worthy. Quite the opposite. However, in a case like this, I would expect the man to take some ownership and make the endeavour his mission. IMHO a Man still needs his own mission, starting with the pursuit of Jesus. A man without a mission is simply unattractive. That doesn't mean he should ignore the things you are passionate about.

It is well known that women are attracted to the mysteriousness of a man, and that mysteriousness does not have to be fostered in secrets. Humility goes a long way for example. Don't just blurt out all the things you know that make you smart or about how good a job you did building the deck, and blab on and on about yourself. Let your women discover these things on her own. If you are always improving as a man, you should have no problem having fun new exciting things about yourself for your wif…

When a Man gives up the very core of what makes him masculine because his woman decides its an unworthy endeavour, that is the beginning of the loss of attraction. I've experienced this very thing. The things my wife told me NOT to pursue because they were "A turn off" were in fact the opposite. When I took up some of the more wild things I had set aside, men's nights, competitive sport, motocross, cliff jumping, etc, things began to turn around. While my wife was afraid of these things on a con…

I think I am failing to grasp where you are at in all of this. I get the impression that you feel like your wants, needs and desires are undervalued by this community, and that your hard work is undervalued? What do you see as your mission? My wife has a life that she wants, as a homemaker and mother raising my children, and we do work side-by-side. I love caring for my kids, and when my wife is tired or needs a break, I spend extra time with them and make sure their needs are met. How is this a…

When we are talking about Mission, we are talking first and foremost about a Man's servitude towards God and his pursuits thereafter. The Book of Esther is a great example of a Wife influencing her Husband ( through covert and overt action) for a result that was good, at least for the Jews. This does not really reflect the husband choosing to follow the wife life mission. Wives have a great deal of power to influence their husbands, as they should. Best they use that influence for good no?

Thanks for your testimony. I left the RP reading a while ago because, while I found it life changing, I could not reconcile the toxicity and the fundamentally unchristian ideologies that seemed to come with it. The worse part for me, was that I felt like I can't talk about my issues holding me back from improving because I would get railroaded by other forum members. I'm glad I found this forum because I really need to hit the RP and take it to the next level. Thanks for sharing your experience.
