Yeah, I will do that. I am really fighting the urge to send him a "are you okay?" text... ugh bad old habits... I feel like I am to blame for allowing this... I was also wanting intimacy and let it happen.. thankfully not all the way but we were close. This behavior messes with my emotions so much and I feel pathetic. I am worth so much more.
