You must have rather dense muscle to still look thin. I'd suggest eggs, lots of eggs, bacon, oatmeal, and tuna. Also, if you can find it, and if you can still process it, fresh milk from whatever. Cow, sheep, goat, etc. I tried it out and I've noticed that since getting the milk, muscle seems to just pile on. I'm an easy gainer to begin with and it was still a noticable difference.

The program is a mixed bag of moves taken from many different forms. Judo, kick boxing, muy tai, bjj, and others. The idea is to end the fight as quickly as possible. So, they took what they saw as simple, quick, easy to learn, and the most effective from other forms. I don't like to use a fictional form, but the best comparison I can think of is the CQC in the metal gear games. Snake gets in and out of the fight. Yeah, the story completely negates all the good it does have. Its ending is shit. Ellie eventually finds Abby, comes close to killing her. But the current year agenda can't have a LGBTQ be killed so, Abby somehow comes out on top, bits two of Ellie's finger off, and books it. As far as dumping mags and doing drills I go outside city limits and set up my own courses. Don't have to worry about a slew of rules. I jus recently got an rpk from Two River Arms and a C39v2. The rpk is awesome, I ended up sanding and restraining the furniture. The Zastava PAP M77 is nice too.
