A large part of that last part is due to an old statistic being misquoted. A large part of why so many people in the MRM say that such a statistic is false or misleading is because of the legal definition of rape when such statistics are gathered. For instance here in the US rape doesn't include envelopment so unless you are in some way penetrated (orally,vaginally or anally) then you legally were not raped. Another factor is the large amount of false rape accusations as well as the under reporting of rape.

Yes in certain situation things can get worse over time but from looking at her comment history she suffers from depression which does tend to get easier over time when properly dealt with. As being someone who has gone through plenty and has suffered from depression for a large part of my life I can say with confidence that when handled and dealt with properly it does get better over time.
