If you go out drinking, and become inebriated, and end up having sex with a woman who you normally would not, and they fail to gain consent or you are too inebriated to give consent, is it fair to argue that the woman raped you?

Switch the genders and no one would question it, but if this is true than I have been raped multiple times and never even realized it.
