3	“Men should always lead” gets blown out of proportion Women like it when a guy plans the first date because it shows he's interested and puts in effort, which can be a sign of how he'll approach a relationship. Past the first few dates though, it should be more equal as to who plans things. Nobody likes to be constantly told what they're going to do. Nobody. 3	Want To Date But Not Have Sex There's nothing abnormal about you. Some people need an emotional connection before they want to get physical with someone, and that's perfectly fine. 1	Beards and Dating I don't care for them, and most women I know personally don't like them either. That being said, some women apparently go crazy for facial hair. I think some guys do look good with them, but most don't. They either grow them just because they think they'll look better with them, and then don't, or they grow them and then have no idea how to maintain their facial hair.
