What are the biggest differences you have noticed between these two personalities in men, especially when it comes to dealing with women?

I'd say masculine personalities tend to be much slower (talking, moving, reactive to what she says) while effeminate personalities tend to be "jumpier" and more reactive.

Other effeminate traits that stick out to me are agreeableness and explaining yourself or going into too much detail/asking questions about stuff maybe that's just an autistic trait lol).

Masculine personalities also tend to make stuff man-to-woman and flirt whereas effeminate ones try to stay "liked" and will just be friendly instead. This is because of an insecurity where they feel like people typically don't like them, so it's a desire to be liked
