I used to be a guy that was super platonic and logical on dates, couldn't even figure out how to touch the girl let alone get any further. The conversations would be awkward interviews where there was no chemistry.

Once I realized how bad that was hurting me, I started practicing how to sexually escalate, make it a man-to-woman and not a friend-to-friend interaction. I've been doing that on all my dates lately.

However, now I think it's possible I've took it too far. I've had a handful of first dates lately where I left thinking they for sure went well, but it ends up not culminating into a 2nd date.

On these dates I would escalate and usually end up making out with chicks for like 15 minutes, touching each other and all of that. In my head, I'm positive they're into me because of this. But it ends up not turning into a 2nd date.

I was so confused on what I was supposed to do. In my head I equated that more kissing, touching etc automatically means it went amazing.

I think I just need to find a middle ground. I was doing too much
