Just give it time. I was MGTOW for about 4 years before I realized there were others like me. Just let your thoughts come and go like they do, and find an outlet that works for you. For some guys it’s nature, other guys a hobby they enjoy and want to build on, etc. Eventually the red pill rage fades and you accept it for what it is, just have to be patient with yourself.

Recently I’ve picked up kayaking and fishing. Also went for a 7 mile hike through a state forest a few days ago. Feels good to get outside more and drop the technology for a while. I’d recommend finding something similar, if you’re into that kind of thing.
