Hospitals do a lot of things that don't make money, like hiring diversity administrators. I think circumcision goes deeper. There's an intent to harm.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm trying to post it to leftwingmaleavocates where I think it's more appropriate. I hope they allow it. I really feel like it needs the backstory to give people the frame of mind. I hate those two sentence type posts where the person just asks some generic question. The responses will be equally generic.

I've read anecdotes from police chiefs who put the number around 50%, for stories that don't add up. It doesn't prove anything, but it's interesting to hear about in regard to the patterns the come up again and again. I don't have a link, but I can say they sounded like competent people who want to protect women. Based on psychology, I would think it's even higher. Women who are actually raped are embarrassed and don't directly gain from prosecution. Just consider for a moment the number of case…
