Oh man I'm in a pretty similar situation my social circle kinda evaporated although it was probably for the best (no chicks and loser dudes) but I'm finding myself insanely lonely and bored. In your case it sounds like your taking the right steps and are in an area with plenty of hot women(you lucky dog) I'd recommend checking out a site called meetup they have a group for almost every type of person you can imagine there so I'd imagine going to events you can find on that site will help introdu…

That's cool, I don't want to harsh your reality but how many people actually buy into it vs people who don't get it and slowly back away haha

Sorry I read that back and I sounded like a dick. That line does sound a bit corny and more like something that would work in a movie but if it has actually worked for you more power to you.

It's possible they're just laughing at you with a line like that.

Probably not the best person to answer but I've been told that I have a very hard handshake. I don't mean to hurt people and honestly it doesn't feel as though I'm grasping that hard but the very last thing I want is to have the "dead fish" handshake as it isn't very respectable

A lot of dudes are homophobic it seems like. Being homophobic is a huge turnoff for most people and your shutting yourself out of an interesting perspective as well as even good potential wingmen.

It sounds interesting but reading the reviews and the snippet about the book it sounds really.... Predatory lol with all this victim talk and what not still excited to give it a read though.

Haven't heard of it till now, most books I have read though seem to be packed with a bunch of shit. Is it one of those books that just talked about a guys story or does it have real useful information?

He might've been joking I am around his height but weigh 70lbs less than him obviously it's not impossible but I naturally carry more muscle than most guys. If he is juicing... That's a lot of juice!

Sorry I just imagined you as this guy I know that has a hairstyle that looks like a giant creams puff with way too much hair gel and always wearin one of those dress shirts, I wouldn't tone it down too much though I wear nice cloths from like American eagle, nautica jc penny macys ect as normal everyday cloths. I don't know if everyone here will agree with me but in my opinion they are nice looking cloths that don't look as if your trying too hard to look good. Also I personally prefer darker/ l…

This might sound rascist but every time I see an asian guy like the way you describe yourself I am a bit suprized off put isn't really the right word but I have noticed the more outgoing asian guys do seem to come across a bit douchey but I have no idea why, If I were you I'd tone the style down a bit, you might just be over dressing and grooming for the occasion, which I get a douche bag vibe from not trying to insult you but if your going to class looking like your going to a nightclub then it…

This is a good point I've been thinking lately that a big problem most guys might be running into starting out at least is coming acrossed as too "gamey" and not trying to just be a naturally cool guy chatting people up and getting girls numbers because they generated legitimate intrest.

Sounds like you should pump the brakes dude, but seriously this is my main fear about doing this in the college town I live next to (medium sized) the last thing I want to do is develop a bad reputation. If you find out what you have been doing wrong make sure to post it for those of us in small-medium college towns don't let your experience be wasted!

Can you put into words what makes it so great? I have a few such books and every time I read them I feel a little disappointed.

I thought maybe I was the only one, I think this is the reason I can't see myself in a relationship maybe I'm not meeting women I have enough in common with but usually I lose interest after they fall in love with me because the chase is done, the mountain climbed and I want to move onto the next one.

Maybe I'm not the best person to answer this question because I don't go out often but something I read in the 4 hour workweek by Tim ferris helped me put seemingly terrible things like this into perspective for me. On a scale of 1-10 how permanent was the damage done by that rejection? Maybe moreso emotional but nobody is going to remember you let alone you getting rejected like that secondly props to you for actually approaching especially a hot girl that shits hard and most guys won't do that…

Great advice man thanks, congrats on your approach by the way often times simply approaching is the hardest part, I Havnt approached the girls I was interested in yet this semester but your story gives me the inspiration to take a shot at it anyway.

I will let you know haha I am more referring to the real possibility of being rejected and then having a class with this person for another few months.

Good points, One of my biggest sticking points I think is not being clear in my intentions which I personally think is the main contributor to coming off as creepy.

Thanks, I am also starting to learn martial arts as well and I have heard that its a great confidence booster as well. By the way are you doing anything that generates an online revenue? I have been looking into this as I want to make it my main source of income.

Thanks for the spirited advice. My logistics are pretty messed up right now unfortunately I'm trying to move to a city since I'm stuck in a pretty urban/dead area which doesn't help as well as working on the early morning shift like I said it's a work in progress.

That's interesting, I may remember hearing that. It seems like there is often a tight rope being walked between not making her feel like a slut and blowing it and playfully putting the blame for intimate moves on the girl.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
