It gets overwhelming and the only thing that makes it better is when I get the same overnights with my kids. I’m just venting and assume a lot of people have thought the same, maybe even acted on it. I won’t contact her again and I’ve half a mind to file my own ro asking her not to contact me and we can do this through mediators but what would happen if I avoided service? Not purposely but if someone said they came to my home and I want there? In 2 weeks she will be giving birth if not sooner. She has sent me messages saying she wants me there but she has filed a restraining order likely under the guidance of her attorney. Stating over the phone it’s an order to basically not get mad at her. Your keeping my child from me? Of course I’m going to be pissed. But she is under the impression I can still be within distance of her lol…. She’s a liar and a compulsive liar at that.

I don’t plan to violate it at all friends in the struggle. What has it been like for anyone else in this predicament? I read horror stories of the kid skins a knee and boom a epo and cps is filed. I appreciate the sympathy and am glad to hear that. She is very vindictive and I think angry because I want a divorce. Especially with her being pregnant. I can’t afford a lawyer and child support is garnishing my checks weekly for the first born. Can’t afford my own place and don’t like the idea of living alone. I don’t give her a single cent and have stopped paying her car insurance. Is there any chance that the judge would side with her on not allowing my child to be here in the weekends? It isn’t t court ordered but It is real child support and I did it because I wanted it to be through child support and didn’t want to run the risk of her getting me to back pay 2 years. False accusations are the daily and were when I lived with her and her parents. I will have to defend it without a lawyer. I don’t have that money. I’m a broke redneck from so-cal. That’s assuming what I think. Far from It. I assume If I leave her I will wipe my hands clean if shes not my daughter. So that’s In question if she’s been loyal. Also a number is not the thing In question it’s the relationship with my daughters mom that is. When it’s bad enough a man has to leave that’s not the issue it’s what happens legally in your opinion that is. So stick to a personal experience or a non legal opinion.

Your right. I don’t know if you are a father or mother. But it does suck and it is sad because that child I watched be birthed by c section and stayed in the hospital 2 weeks with momma and her. Worst is she thinks I’m a horrible man and that I have no soul. I miss my child. It’s been 1 week

Thank you! Finally! I did not and never would abandon my child. Hense why I filed for child support (whether I agree with it or not I will make sure it is paid). As well as custody rights and visitation. I let her hold my mistakes and the parts of our relationship I ruined and am more than responsible for to be held as a weapon against me by her.
