So in real life, about 22 out of 100 people who use withdrawal get pregnant every year ... that means about 15 out of 100 people who use condoms as their only birth control method will get pregnant each year. Yes, they're both based on annual measurements. Statically speaking you'd have better odds of avoiding pregnancy if you combined a morning after pill with the pull out method vs just using condoms and nothing else.
