I made this today. Using Vermicelli noodles and chicken cut into about 1 inch cubes I created a Stir fry with Jalepenos and Sweet sauces and soy. The Vermicelli noodles are good stand alone texture and after I added asian sauce chicken and Jalepeno, mushrooms, Green Pepper, Onion and Garlic.
