I do OMAD. My one meal is pretty much boiled chicken breast, hard boiled eggs and some veggies. I boil 5 pounds of chicken at a time and about ten eggs at a time. I never pay for outside food. It's cheap and easy man but it's a lifestyle and takes a pretty big change.

I have a tractor/ trailer and can get lumber and brick wholesale from manufacturers and pressure treatment plants. But, I'm not skilled in masonry or woodworking. So, I'd have to hire subs for that work. I'm going to speak with a builder after Christmas and see what it would cost (estimate), then talk to the bank after I've done my taxes.
