I saw a post earlier of a guy asking how can he break up with his girl, and thought to myself it's about time to make a post about it.

First, every relationship is different than the other, and every girl is kinda different than the other, don't get me wrong, they're still all AWALT, but they differ in the behavior and levels. You have the nice girl, that cares for you (until you give her what she wants), then you have the one that keeps nagging, the one that is never pleased somehow... You get my point. So the best way to go through any breakup is very basic, and the only difference is the time spent together, and the legal status (married or not).

Let's start with the girlfriend experience:
You've been together for 1 year: This one can be terminated even through a text, or call if you don't live together. Don't make it too complex, if you're willing to part ways, make sure she has an idea that you want to opt out, and if she isn't done with you yet, she won't let it happen, she'll come up with every excuse in the book to keep you around while looking for a better option. Don't fall for it, send a text or call, make it to the point, give the main reason why you're doing it,move on, and don't negociate.
You've been together from 1 to 5 years: This is where things get complicated, usually if you stay this long, as a guy, means you're seeing potential for something serious, what you don't know, is that your "female" at around year 3, will start feeling bored, and since you didn't fall for her trap (marriage), she has been at the lookout for a better deal while being with you, while you have no fucking idea. She might still "love you", but her hypergamy nature has to make a decision, and No female, no matter how good she is, Once presented with the better offer, HAVE NO DOUBT, SHE'LL FUCK YOU OVER with ZERO FUCKING GUILT. Even that you spent all this time together, no fucks given when it comes to hormones, so she'll throw all kind of reasons your way why she did what she did, never fall for it, because it's nothing but shenanigans to make you feel guilty while she fucks other guys guilt free. I'm mentioning this because usually guys opt out of a relationship when they see can't work out early, once they cross the 2 years mark, means they're considering it, without knowing the female has been waiting for the opportunity to fuck him over all the way.
So how to deal with this situation? Don't take in any of the reasons she mentions why she did what she did, accept it as female nature, just the way you accept a tiger would bite your arm if you come near it, and move on. Never look back. Block, delete, ghost.
If, and this is a big if, she was the "innocent" type and didn't cheat, but you could feel it in your gut that she was looking for the better deal, you can give her a nice goodbye message for the good times you had together. (that's if you think she deserves it).
You've been together from 5 to 10 years: Usually girls don't stick around this long without fucking up, and not getting married, which is what they're after, but incase it did happen... same applies as the 1 to 5.

Now the marriage experience:
You've been together from 1 to 5 years with no kids: You can feel she's getting lazy, starts talking back, and getting under your skin, her behavior is getting uglier by the day cause now she has no incentive to behave, cause she can fuck you up with the legal system. Don't let that shit slide, One day, you'll feel it in your guts, that this bitch was not worth marrying, you try making up excuses for her, and that will never end, Everytime she'll come up with something, and everytime it keeps getting worse. Don't go marriage counseling, and don't try to fix it. It's the female's job to do that, if she doesn't try, call a lawyer and know when to end your losses. Best time to exit was yesterday, next best time is Now. If she asks for why, don't argue, give them some of their own medicine, say blurry shit in the lines of "I'm no longer happy with you."

You've been together from 1 to 5 years with kids: Yikes, this is where you lose all the power to pull the strings, the bitch got you by the balls, so you better just save yourself, and try to negociate for the kids as much you can. But never make the excuse of it's cheaper to keep her, cause she will fucking eat your soul while you're watching, and one day you won't be able to look at your self in the mirror. Lawyer up, you'll get fucked, cause that's the price you pay for making a big mistake of falling for the sham of marriage and kids and forever ever together.

You've been together from 5 to 10 years: Usually all marriages get kids by this time together, the only difference is that your "female" will feel like she is ready to execute you at the year 7 to 8th, by then you'll see she no longer gives a fuck, and in some states like california, once she crosses the 10th year, she'll be set for life. You'll be paying that bitch until she dies. So once you see the red flags, DONT WAIT. KILL IT INSTANTLY, waiting only makes it worse for you. And usually females believe they are ENTITLED TO YOUR MONEY, so that bitch will come after you with no remorse and no reason to behave, until she makes sure you're getting fucked in everyway possible. So if you have some co-joint bank account, I'd make sure to spend all that fucking money gambling and making sure cameras see you have a gambeling issues, than letting the bitch get it.

The point is, Once you feel the female is gonna fuck you over, DO NOT WAIT, DO NOT RETRIEVE, DO NOT SETTLE, DON'T LET HER RUN THROUGH YOU AND EXPECT YOU SHOULD ACCEPT IT CAUSE YOU ARE THE "MAN". FUCK THAT NOISE.
