Gotta admit, sex with exs can be really good sex without strings attached. Depends though.

Ever been to a hostess bar? Basically a brothel, but you still have to spit game to make things happen. A good tweener stage i suppose.

Might as well recognize the rules of the game, and then play it and maximize the experience. No reason to completely avoid the game and be disgruntled as you watch from the sidelines.

IMO if we go into a relationship and know AWALT, there's no reason to control a girl or give a shit about her past. A man who needs to control his girl is an asshole. I find it better to just accept this for what it is and just invest your time and energy accordingly. That's why I'm on board for either polyamory where either party can do whatever they want because we are free humans. Or, just be single and spin plates like most here. You want to have a kid? Fine. Just don't get married, and a lo…

The writing process can be a tremendously valuable exercise to clarify plans, thoughts, etc. Don't knock on the dude for hashing out a damn good plan. Having a solid plan isn't synonymous to paralysis by analysis. You would never bitch at a carpenter for going over blueprints and measuring shit multiple times before commencing the construction of your house. "Stop wasting my time, Mr. Contractor. Your plan doesn't matter! Do this shit!" Fuuucck out of here.

Ask her to open the relationship if you consider the relationship to be exclusive right now. If she refuses, then she's not for you and this gives you the excuse you need to deem her an unfit candidate. If she says yes, ease off her, explore new opportunities, and you're good. On top of this, when/if she sees other guys you can use this as disqualifiers for her continued gf status.

Never use the word "toned" when referring to a physique, especially a man's. The word you are looking for is "lean".

I'm a dirty hippie. I stay away from most EDM, but the smiling faces on dancing humans at reggae, jazz, funk, jam bands, folk, bluegrass, etc are always inspiring. I've really learned to love humans.

Hell yeah you can. I'm actually trying to go back to being more introverted. I've always had a core group of friends from childhood till now (22y), but in middle school I was cool, but just odd enough to not be with the super popular kids. In highschool, I started smoking pot and it allowed me to be social with the coop kids but also facilitated my introspection and I'd spend weeknights with myself after smoking with friends after school. I never really enjoyed parties in highschool, but I'd go …

After receiving number, is there a wait time? Say he gets the number, he still needs to invite her out for a specific time and date. When should he do this? In 9 days when the bar show is, or sooner?

Hard or soft closure? Obviously I could just ignore her forever, but should I let her know how lame she is and that I'm not interested in making any further plans? My inner bitch hopes the latter would urge her to reconsider her behavior. More likely shell think I'm an asshole haha.

That's very thoughtful. I stayed away from the term "happiness" because I know it's not a constant. That's why I chose "fun". Suffering is inevitable, but you can choose to wallow in it, but I prefer to feel empowered and make use of my cards. I think we are getting at the same point.

This is a very Buddhist approach to self-actualization. My value system daily affirmation has been distilled to the following: "Maximize fun, and develop the mind, body, and soul."

Great post. My girlfriend and I are both very immersed in yoga culture, and going to class together is always a blast. Invite your SO sometime and try it out. And for crow pose, strong shoulders is key if you want to get it with straight arms. Do pushups to build strength, and always opt for updog instead of cobra if you're taking Vinyasa classes.

It's not like she couldn't have slept with 500 dudes before I dated her and given me an STD. It's not like there is zero possibility that she slept with anyone during our exclusive deal either.

Yeah for sure dude. I told her that we will no longer have unprotected sex. It actually isn't that big of a change because she was on BC for a while but recently got off. So we've been using condoms already. Also we agreed to no oral with other partners, and probably I shouldn't engage with oral with her either just to be safe. All the STI/pregnancy concerns are the same if I were spinning plates anyways, so nothing changes. Great call on the paternity test though. I fully agree and plan to run …

Mm makes sense. I'm not saying her ideal of alpha is solidified. But I see how it comes off that way from what I said. Again TRP can state all sorts of truths that are observable in a majority of women. I'm just saying that TRP isn't representative of default human sexuality. It fits our observations and cultural contexts, but doesn't prove inherent sexuality.

Typical of most of society based on accepting the standard narrative, man. Last time I'll repeat that Red Pill Theory isn't representative of human genetics. This is the kind of talk that had me ignoring this sub for a long time. What's hamster spinning about not giving a fuck if my relationship ends because i'm totally autonomous and base my happiness on intrinsic properties. That's actually exactly my mentality. I'm just sharing it in detail so other people may benefit. There was a whole evolution to this point in time. Just because we know atoms are basic building blocks of matter doesn't mean the whole science of chemistry is too thoughtful.
/r/TheRedPill29/10/15 04:37 PM
-2

Yeah that's your experience. I'm pretty fuckin ok with this all ending though. That's what I'm saying. If the relationship ends, I'm cool. That's the whole point about this. And hell, if you're right, I can only teach myself through experience. I doubt many lads come to TRP as never being hurt, take all the good lessons, and then have a 100% record of success and zero heartbreak. Figuring it out for ourselves, yea?

Mmm, I disagree with your first two paragraphs, mainly about men naturally wanting to have multiple women, but the women can't see other men. I get where you're coming from, but if you check out Sex at Dawn, you might be convinced that this isn't basic human nature. Third paragraph is on point. This isn't the best way to get new pussy. I honestly don't want to see my gf get fucked by another guy, but I'm not going to tell her not to have sex with other men. I'm not into drinking alcohol, but I'm…

Maybe. But that's just one side of the coin, man. I have full freedom to sleep with women too. There is plenty of evidence of people living in poly relationships that are successful. I find myself observing that the hardest part of explaining this to american society (or most people really) is that you can't view polyamory as a viable option with the expectations and prejudices of a fucked up norm anyways. We all know here that monogamy is already a fucked game and that's why TRP theory is so on…

I hear you. I've thought about how it might end things too. But at the same time, like I said, if that means she's happier, then good. I don't want to be keeping disgruntled company. Plus there are other women to be seen. It's a total net positive imo. Remember, I already proposed ending the relationship twice. I'm all about forgoing love if it means a better life in other regards. It always comes down to freedom and happiness. Probably synonyms.

Your point of not wanting to "drag people along on your food tours" (loosely quoted, i know), might be the same reason people are asking this question in the first place. I found the same issue with a few of your points. The reason you don't like the responsibility of making the decision is probably the exact reason why someone asked the question - they don't want to make the decision either. Abs are a very superficial reason to start squatting/deadlifting. Picking heavy shit off the ground or being able to carry heavy shit on your back (like a girl over your shoulder up your stairs) is far more impressive.

As stated above, escalation is key. I get that you don't want to play into her frame and want to be the one dominating the interaction in terms of how everything plays out, but getting a girl that you are interested in to have sex is a dance. You have to assert your frame, and then yield to her frame. You seem to be pretty social, so I assume you can read energies pretty well. Something I like to do is prod and stimulate the girl to open up. Ask her questions, keep the conversational dance flowi…

Ive gotten some people on my ass a few times when i reply to RPW, as a man. But the first thing that stuck out to me was "How should I ACT?" Dkn't act. That's what turns me off from the standard american girl. They are so fake. Be yourself, but take in social cues. If you think you are being overly chatty, tune it down a bit.

Although it is important to maintain frame, frame changes in different settings. My frame when with my fellow male friends is different than when hanging out with a girl. Don't pigeon hole yourself to only one frame. I advice not to "GO GET A FRAME", instead identify how various social situations make you feel and how they potentially could knock you off frame. Once you can identify your feels, practice maintaining your frame that fits that context and allows you to assert your needs and desires…

Judging by this post, I feel sorry that you've never had a strong alpha male presence in your life. Furthermore, have you never watched a Clint Eastwood movie? C'mon man, you can't seriously claim that "The men and women of society have only ever been taught a women's perspective." An attitude like this is one of victimization. Go watch The Outlaw Josey Wales or read Self Reliance by Emerson.

I should clarify. My parents are willing to help pay for tuition, but even with that taken care of, I don't have funds to pay a minimum of $400/month for rent. Plus, I feel bad letting them pay for shit, because they already wasted five semesters of tuition on my oldest sister who failed out. Rehab costs are expensive too. Besides, my dad worked his way up from nothing. I would just hate being a spoiled like my sisters, and I've already been blessed with a new car from my father. I'm recovering …

What's your take on those that study exercise science and training and diet are a huge part of their lifestyle? If someone asks me what I do, I'm probably going to respond in the likes of, "I spend a lot of time working out, eating healthy, and doing a lot of outdoor recreation." Yeah, I had my sister read over it and she told me that a lady in one of her counseling groups is in for alcohol abuse. The lady owns a multi million dollar business of some sort, got divorced, and is there to try to prove she can get clean and deserves partial custody of the children. Male reporting in. First and foremost, no matter what you wear, a nice ass is really going to be a major deciding factor. Everyone should be working out, so I will assume your ass is great. That said, I still prefer jeans, dresses, real clothes. However, yoga pants are great in a gym setting, and you can get away with them when "bumming" it. Then again, if your husband loves them, wear them unless he states otherwise. By the way, does this sub only allow upvotes? I see no downvote arrow.

First of all, you started off your post with an apology. Here, at TRP, apologies are something we do rarely - only when highly warranted. Apologies mean nothing, like words. In any situation where you would say sorry under the dictates of TBP, it would behoove you to fix your behavior instead (if you are truly in the wrong.) Actions > words. My 8th grade tech teacher would always say, "Don't say sorry, fix it." It's a good attitude to adopt and will take you far. As far as the shit test, this is…

To imply salads are not masculine is asinine. Food is food. Also, the "knife wielding" skills necessary for cooking are extremely minimal. I'm all about cooking for myself, in fact, I've cooked EVERY single meal I have eaten since I was 16, and none of those meals came from a package. Besides those two points, this article is pretty good. Cook with your women, not for her. No contribution, no food.

Coming from a man, it's all about staying grounded. There are various breathing techniques and stretches you can practice regularly to help loosen your deep abdominal wall - allowing you to "breathe into your balls". If you're about to lose your temper, take a second, breathe deep into your pelvic floor and ground yourself. Proceed from a poised frame.

No doubt, a lot of solid points in your response. But your remark on people not liking water because they are too adjusted to drinking sweet drinks can be changed pretty easily. Like I said, if you start considering diet as a means of fuel for your body, you're thinking patterns would adjust and tell you to start drinking water because that's what's best for you. I used to drink mainly soda, and when I was 15 I decided one day after beginning to start working out that I shouldn't be drinking tha…

There is a fitness program designed around primal activities called MovNat (Move Naturally). Check it out on YouTube, and you'll see a guy running around in the wilderness, climbing, crawling, swimming, carrying heavy logs/stones. They also emphasize martial arts. I've contemplated this sort of training mentality for a while, but here is what I think.. Many people live in urban settings, so becoming fit in a natural, earthy environment isn't much of an option. Most parks are pretty lame in regar…

I found this 7 part series (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1JFm0pdGq0) back in August when I was roaming through YouTube. Haven't revisited it since taking TRP, but give it a looksie.

Not sure if this is a good or bad thing.

I love Elliott Hulse. I've been subscribed to him for a long time, so when I was introduced to TRP, I was already on board with many of the topics of discussion. This dude knows his shit, and I advise everyone with a YouTube account to subscribe to both of his channels (Elliott Hulse, strengthcamp)

I'm glad I could help motivate you. I really like that phrase you used in the opening sentence. It really is about forming a habit, and since you have experience in harvesting good results with this technique before, I'm sure you'll be able to form that habit once again. Forming a habit is the only way this method works to its full potential, so I'm glad you recognize that as well. Good luck.

Both of the above are very logical responses. This is what I would expect from a woman, as a man.

These are very nice quotes. This is a similar strategy to affirmations.

Indeed. Keep it old school, keep it real. You express your thoughts much better with handwriting and drawing all the arrows, underlines, stars, etc to get your thoughts organized. Crossing off a task is much more fulfilling than backspacing over it in a digital format. However, these are only my opinions and experiences, and this article is only a tool. If anyone wants to use digital format, go on ahead. The objective is to simply become more organized and stay on top of shit.

Hygiene is a given mang! I'm definitely not going to write "Brush teeth, take a shower, wipe my ass" on a notepad haha. Perhaps if you get your hair cut every week that'd be something to write down.

That's resourceful because you get feedback from whoever is in the blog, I'm assuming. Definitely keep doing that if it's yielding benefits, but I still encourage keeping a notebook of some sort for daily tasks, notes, etc.

You should write an article on it, man.

Hey man, this is some good stuff. I've been lurking on the red pill for a few days, and this is one thing I haven't seen much of. Back in high school, I wasn't smashing girls left and right, but I was definitely closing with girls on the regular. Looking back, I was pretty alpha in my approach on women. Fast forward a few years, after a shitty end to an LTR, due to becoming pretty beta.. I've spent the last eleven months mostly in solitude, and have fallen out of social gatherings almost entirel…

Indeed. Introspection is essential to strengthening your Alpha characteristics.

Sometimes letting the dick/body language speak for itself is enough. I'm sure there will be times when you're smashing a girl that you'll get the urge to say some dirty shit. Keep slinging dick and you'll have more opportunities to play around with psychological dominance techniques.

I couldn't even read past the first paragraph. If all circumstances of intercourse equates to rape, including reproduction, then why do human organisms even have sex organs? Shhhhhheeeiiit.

Sounds good. I'm new here, but after doing some light reading, I've found that a lot of my outside studies share many commonalities in TRP. Anyone subscribe to Elliott Hulse on YouTube? The man is Alpha as fuck, and drops knowledge nearly every day with video responses to young men's questions pertaining strength, health, chicks, etc. I started watching him by accident when looking for some workout advice, and he's shed light on so many more topics that physical strength. Definitely worth checki…
