Could just be because people who do drugs use dopamine to escape. So man or woman would use sex the same way. Look into gay drug/sex culture I’m sure you’ll see lot’s of that.

I completely understand. Sex was stressful for me for years because of that. I got really good at foreplay though so I’d learn to love that. In terms of the flex you need your body to “know” what it feels like to be opposite of that meaning totally relaxed. That means meditation, focusing on the muscle and pushing it out and then being able to do that while masturbating. It takes a long time though but seriously worth it. Being able to control it even a bit feels amazing

Yeah the reverse kegel pushes out the pelvic floor. Usually it’s contracted so you have to be able to keep it relaxed

Yes if you feel throbbing in your dick that means it’s full of blood. You want to relax the muscles around it, glutes, pelvic floor, lower abs. Try and make your dick go flaccid by reversing the blood flow. I reverse kegel almost the entire time. Waiting until before orgasm is super hard and too late
/r/seduction03/08/22 03:14 AM

Kegels only to understand exactly what muscle to reverse kegel. Once you know its all reverse

Imagine what its like for good looking women. Every weeb and predator sends dating app messages. Everyone wants to fuck up not down (louis ck)
/r/seduction15/07/22 09:50 PM

It is actually kind of tricky. It is a reverse kegel. The best way is to alternate so contract and push out over and over. It. Try pushing out your lower stomach as well

Sure it’s pretty easy. Most of it is knowing what muscles to relax. I did kegels for a few months to know where my pelvic floor is, then I focused on keeping it relaxed with all other muscles while I did my sesssion. Always a five minute timer and I can usually edge about 7-10 times per session. Breathe deep and never stop breathing and even flex larger muscles groups like abs and pecs.

Sure no problem! I’ve had lot’s of issues with baggage and relationships so I get it. Love is hard to find. I believe you can work through it though and therapy, meds abs books have really helped me. You can make it happen!

Ok you may not like this answer but you may need to feel an emotional connection with someone to be turned on by the experience. I learned casual sex is fun but not near as intense and having sex with someone I like. This may not be the reason but it sounds like your body is not turned on by the act itself. But if you stay hard during oral maybe you like visual stimulation? Or the domination side of oral? Chasing partners new partners can also feel erotic but the act itself less so because you h…

Do you stay erect the whole time? Do you just have problems climaxing? I would ask if you are on any medications first. They can interfere with cumming.

Me too that’s why I started doing this. You can fix it!

Of course for a lot of women it takes time and mood to cum 😆 that’s why men need to last

Hey! So happy the post could reach you. I’ve explained the process a few times in the thread but the important parts are first googling the muscle process of ejaculation, then focus on exercises that teach you how to contract those muscles. After that, focus on relaxing them over and over while you session and learn how to do that to edge for a timed amount of time. I do five minutes everytime but I stop myself from coming with the technique like ten times during that time. Edging is hard to lea…

Oh interesting… I’d definitely try kegels and doing the opposite of what I’m suggesting so try doing sessions on your knees or standing and really practice pushing flow into your dick. And def softer grip.

I could bust sometimes in 5-10 seconds and I thought that was fun. I mean it was but turned out to be bad long term
/r/seduction06/07/22 12:28 AM
16

Yes! This was the most effective exercise for me. I do my session but I focus on keeping those muscles relaxed. They keep tensing up and I keep relaxing them. That is the main exercise. I’ve read doing kegels can make you able to clench and maintain control but that just pushed more blood in for me. I found better results trying to relax all muscles in the area. When you do it right it feels very different. All those muscles are just aching to clench again but the minute you do, sensitivity goes…

Sometimes you can just get a tip and try it out. Not everything needs to be backed up with material. Seems I’ve reached a few people that’s all that matters.

This is from studying anatomy casually from different places. I don’t have one source. Too lazy to link it all. Edit: Guys this was just sharing my experience. There is more than enough info in here to google everything you need. I can’t make a power point for every reddit post I make 😆
/r/seduction05/07/22 09:40 PM

I don’t recommend kegels to start. Better to learn how to relax the muscles then make them even more clenched.
/r/seduction05/07/22 09:38 PM
6

I mean it takes women longer to cum. Maybe your gf doesn’t mind but mine appreciates it. Is super enjoyable to be able to last a long time imo. Pain in the ass to learn though that’s truez
/r/seduction05/07/22 09:23 PM
18

Yeah second round is wayyy easier. I even prep for it with food and snacks knowing. Gotta be careful with kegels though cause they can make you more tense. Important for holding but then you gotta be able to relax as well.
/r/seduction05/07/22 08:43 PM
56

Kegels are a huge part of the process maybe I can add that here. Ty.
/r/seduction05/07/22 08:41 PM
10

It’s more complex than that. Breathing deep helps though i find if I hold my breathe I can lose control easier. You have to focus on all your muscles and practice relaxing your pelvic floor especially but also the muscles at the base of your dick. Took me a while to even be able to target the right muscles and relax them. You gotta understand how long you’ve been doing it the wrong way and it’ll take some time.

Dude constructive criticism isn’t sugar coating anything. You don’t need to humiliate people that make mistakes. Any teacher or coach understands that. If a guy has self esteem problems, that comment won’t help. Just take three seconds to word your comment better.
/r/seduction21/09/21 04:55 PM

Yeah for sure you’re right. We also don’t have to be dicks to men who do this. Just support and advice.

/r/seduction19/07/21 03:05 PM

Definitely going to have to disagree with you there. Men are overwhelmingly more violent then women. There are practically zero female serial rapists. Dark triad personalities are typically men.

Definitely not even close to the majority but it does happen.
/r/seduction19/07/21 01:12 PM

This. Women are very aware that if I man talks to you and you reject him too obviously, you could be assaulted or killed. Yes some women are regularly killed for turning men down. So it’s safer to be polite.

Try finding a celebrity that dresses in a way you like. Buy your dream car and have a couple properties. Many women love being able to live a luxurious lifestyle so if you can wine and dine, buy gifts, fly first class, see exotic animals etc etc. But there are so many ways to flex your finances without being bad with money.

Having all men watch porn that only reps the upper 10 percent of female body types is creating a standard. Lot’s of women don’t get laid. “Men hate makeup because it is deceiving.” Dude this comment.. I am having a hard time just believing you don’t live under a rock and only read incel philosophy. It is insane. Some men will ONLY date women who wear makeup. How can claim to know what all men think no one argues like this. I will agree men need just as much support and understanding around body …
/r/seduction09/05/21 01:55 AM

You think women aren’t affected by beauty standards? What kind of support can compete with advertising, porn, fashion, makeup industry... Bit of talk therapy? That what you mean?

Sounds wise man. It’s real hard to find the right person. Takes a lot of dates and then that person might not like you. Not easy.
/r/seduction07/05/21 04:04 PM

The word “better” is a bit general. If you mean women that have more qualities that you like then of course. You have to understand how women experience life, how they are socialized and try to bring as many attractive things to the table you can. But it is unique to every woman. Some don’t care about money or cars they want a man who is confident and kind and present. You have to work out what type of person you are trying to attract.
/r/seduction07/05/21 02:21 AM

Absolutely. Not all people are the same. It’s a spectrum.
/r/seduction07/05/21 01:31 AM

Yeah that’s a whole other thing but I agree. People need to understand dateability. It’s really more like propositioning a business partner than people think. Like what assets as a man do you bring to the table? These guys be like “i want a porn star gf” but they failing at being a pro lol player at 34.
/r/seduction07/05/21 01:30 AM

Just make sure you come from a place of humor and friendship like “what if?” DO NOT press her or make her feel uncomfortable. Be ready to take the no. After that don’t catch feelings. Be cool otherwise you’ll make it weird.
/r/seduction19/04/21 01:27 AM

I feel you man I’m the same way. I’m not amazing at this but I think the idea is to find space in your life for more emotional hobbies. So keep your focused hobbies but go hiking or see comedy or garden. Not necessarily because you like those things but because they get you out of your head. And work out. That’s the best on for me. And watch yourself when you talk like.. ahh it sucks to have to keep track but did you tell her how passionate you are about this animal fact or did you have amazing …

This was hard for me to learn coming from a mind that is analytical. Some people want to connect on a more visceral level so humor, sexual tension, charm, wit which doesn’t really impart any deep intellectual conversation. It’s hard.

There are almost limitless ways and styles to be dateable. Sure don’t ignore your career but having no career doesn’t break you. Some dudes travel Europe in vans and do fine.
/r/seduction16/02/21 06:35 AM

Never man! It’s taken me maybe a decade to get to a good spot. I had to find the right meds for depression, quit drugs, get exercise into my life and a million other things. When you’re in it though it’s real hard. It’s dark and hopeless and even when you make a year of progress it can feel like you haven’t progressed. But your life can get to a place that you could not even imagine right now. Humans can rebound from bad things. Just think about some therapy first or just talking to people about…

I know that feeling. It goes real deep. Damn and very hard to walk away. But you sound like you are hurting yourself man. That dynamic is very draining. It will feel like constant rejection. Not sure obviously because I don’t know the details.
/r/seduction04/02/21 02:27 AM

It’s possible for you to be rejected 10 times for looks but out of all the reasons, why would it land on looks every time? Statistically that doesn’t play. Maybe three times for looks, four times for confidence, three times there’s just no commonality but she still thinks you are generally attractive. In the end you don’t know. The fact still stands, men with atypical features can still be very, very successful with women. It’s a fact in general and from personal experience. It can just take som…

Two years is a super long time to invest in someone without knowing they want a relationship. Maybe she was really special and being vague but I usually ask for a relationship after two to three months of dating. And during that two there has to be intimacy. Going two years is like investing in a stock that gives you less and less chance of a final outcome. No wonder you are frustrated. Don’t let it get that far. Focusing on yourself right now sounds like a great idea.
/r/seduction03/02/21 06:03 PM
1

I can understand the struggle with not getting the outcome you want, but you have to accept that you don’t know 100 percent why people reject you. There is nothing wrong with losing weight and dressing better etc... Physical appearance is definitely part of being dateable. As long as you are honestly reflecting on what qualities you have. Also there are many, many forever alone women out there who feel men don’t give them a chance. Relationships are a ton of work.
/r/seduction03/02/21 05:47 PM
2

What? Being really funny doesn’t make you dateable? Being interesting, traveled, passionate, skilled, confident? Diluting it to looks is a misconception. Also it means you never need to work to improve because you can’t change your looks right? That’s a common self defeating rationalization.
/r/seduction03/02/21 03:40 AM
1

Yeah that’s a dark and pretty unfair thing to realize. I think it signifies a more classic idea about morality and ethics though. Like “good things come to those who wait.” When I realized that wasn’t always true it was sad. But then you get to be more strategic with life and gain new skills. That feels good. Also you’ll be surprised at some points that your goodness is appreciated. Narcissists can be charming but they have empathy problems and can’t achieve real companionship.
/r/seduction03/02/21 03:36 AM
1

It’s more fake niceness. If you are authentic it’s fine. But also nice doesn’t equal dateable.
/r/seduction02/02/21 08:21 PM
1

Man I understand. I was an alcoholic with bipolar and would just get rejected over and over. I was tense and women didn’t want to take a chance on me. Also changing and getting better and competing with other winning dudes seemed like wayy not worth the effort. But you can improve and be on a winning path for yourself and things will improve. It’s totally possible. I’m not even winning right now but it’s way better.
/r/seduction02/02/21 04:35 AM
1

I’m so happy you’ve put that on the table and asked I wish I had at 22. If I can offer anything it’s to understand date-ability. Sure looking at the traditional money, fitness, confidence, but go travel, get your heart broken, read a lot of books, try not to need other people to date just enjoy them, be humble but proud of yourself. Before anything learn to reflect honestly and do research. You’ll figure it out.
/r/seduction02/02/21 04:32 AM
2

Yeah there can be a real inauthenticity to “nice.” Like a guy can just default to nice because he’s afraid. Agree with everything you say, laugh at every joke. But then you aren’t talking to whole person you can connect with.
/r/seduction02/02/21 04:28 AM
3

Totally. And you can be a POS and get no women (or only women you take advantage of or lie to) and you can be a good person and date lot’s of women. I think it comes down to what the definition of good is. “Nice” isn’t the same thing imo. Being dateable is the real question. I think good can be included on that.
/r/seduction02/02/21 04:26 AM

Ayyy thank you. I agree. I definitely wasn’t commenting on this community just the people who fall into that nice guy way of thinking. Didn’t know where else to post it then here. But you are right. Making claims you can’t prove is basic
/r/seduction02/02/21 04:22 AM
5

Dude a girl who says you are too nice is just trying to let you down easy. What if she said you are overweight or seem lazy or aren’t funny or all the qualities I listed. How is it just nice or asshole? What strange take on human personalities. I know many dudes that are not good looking in the traditional sense but they are hilarious or witty or they find a girl that matches them. Btw you don’t think girls complain about dudes only going for ‘hot’ women? Get out of that mindset man it’ll crush …
/r/seduction02/02/21 04:20 AM

Kindness isn’t bad! It’s something many people don’t do well. Just means we need more balance.
/r/seduction01/02/21 09:14 PM

Dating can be pretty demoralizing. When you find something good it gives you a big high but it’s tricky to make something good last. I’ve been single for two years now and not missing it. Feels good to level up without rejection. I’ll go back when I feel ready.
/r/seduction30/01/21 03:25 AM

Yeah “running her mouth” this just comes off manipulative and unethical. Nothing wrong with not being afraid to be silent. Maybe elaborate on that.
