This is the first divorce. First real love ive had, at least on my end. I've been staying a few towns away. I'm spending all my money on this divorce currently. I plan on taking a small vacation once this is all said and done. Just time by myself to breathe and exist free again.

She chose to kick me out and take my key. If it were abandonment, I would still have my key. Furthermore, her and the landlords are friends, they have already taken my name off the lease. If it comes down to it, I can always say that I was unfairly treated during this time. They all technically broke the law by removing me from the lease without my written permission/ taking my key from me.

We did not own the home, we rented. I asked to be taken off the lease as I just could not stay there, and did not want a fight.
